“Pathetic, i was there from june till this month. Seen 4 RC (Caretakers) changed for no reason. Banglore Electric-city board came down and cut down power as they haven’t paid the bill. All of sudden watchman and his family runs away from property. Amenities - Wifi very poor, 75GB per month and connection issues everyday. Spectra is provider and they don’t solve it. Every-time you need to raise it from stanza app. Electricity! This is beyond were in BESCOM comes down and disconect power as these fellows never used to pay the bill. Later after months they introduced smart meters but it costs 700 to 850 per month, need to recharge over stanza app again and this is not included in rent. Even if the rent is 20k for single occupancy. Included is what food, water, room cleaning. And washing machines never work properly. No TV nothing. Excluding - Electricity (Smart meters) wifi if you exceed 75GB then you need to top-up it from stanza again. Food- Worst food! Better you can go have at any local panipuri shops would taste great. Cleaning - unhygienic! Untill you ask them to clean they won’t show up even if it is month or more RC- don’t know who it is, because no consistency. Any issues ”

“I've been staying here since September 2023. Initially the food was okay but still good to eat and the RC at the time was very friendly and responsive, problems regarding WiFi and elevator among other things were still there but were often resolved. Now, from the past 3-4 months I have had the worst ever experience here, the food is so bad and undercooked that it makes my stomach upset, there is no variety either like they promise, it's so repetitive so much that I have to rely on staying hungry or getting something from outside. the elevator often breaks down and gets stuck on floors, and slams shut with so much force that it could be a safety hazard. There has been no RC for the past 3 months and whatever tickets I raise for complaints are not being addressed, recently my cupboard door fell on me and broke off it's last remaining hinge and they have still not given me a response. The WiFi has connectivity problems and you only have 75gb per month where other pgs provide the same speed giving you unlimited data. The door that unlocks from your phone just automatically unlocks if there is a power cut which there is a lot of now, atleast 10 times per day in this heat. The wash”

Poojan Gupta★★★★★Worst pg that I have ever seen. On the name of chapati they gove raw food.Even RO water is full of fungus. During the time of season the salesperson talk very politely and show all the good nature but as soon as you onboard they completely forget you. And in case you clarify any problem with them they start abusing and fighting that on the streets. (I had a personal experience) So dont go for Stanza. There are many good pgs in area especially YOLO, YOUR SPACE, LUXURY PGs and many more Local pgs better than sanza.

The lift rarely works, making it inconvenient, especially when you're carrying heavy items. The washing machine doesn't clean clothes properly, which adds to the stress. The Wi-Fi is horrible—it's always slow and unreliable. The service is consistently late, and the doors and locks are not in proper condition. Overall, it's been a tough experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place due to these constant issues.

Rohith Jain★★★★★When I joined the food was really good with every facility being provided properly ( be it wifi, room cleaning, food, electricity). Now everything is so bad. The room cleaning happens once a week despite me calling the staff multiple times. The food is not tasty anymore and the quantity is so inconsistent. When I go to take another rotis I was asked once ki it's not there and half an hour later I see the food discarded in the trash while I was hungry.The lift also has some serious issues. I'm someone who usually avoids going on social media to post about something or someone but I hope they do improve their Services.

For every now and then issues arises and these people won't even address it. The management people only ask to raise the ticket bas, thats it. No genuine solution or results. Food: Initial few days it was good but now "bekkar". I diagosed Food poisoned 3 times, I raised complaint, but got denied saying "They also eat same food and had no impact". But true fact i tell you, these management people order online food for themselves. I noticed this numerous times. No action on raised complaints.

If you want to stay in this area first go for some private pg Its better to live in streets than to live in Stanza
