“I want to share my personal experience at this PG so that others can be careful. There is an uncle named Kuntappa who works like a warden and manages the PG. His behavior towards students is extremely unethical. Whenever you pay money, he forces students to give extra amounts by manipulating their minds. First, he asks for a large sum of money. If you say you don’t have that much, he will reduce it and ask for ₹5,000 or ₹10,000 instead. He convinces you by promising to return the money with interest. He usually says the money will be returned within three days, but even after 30 days there is no response. Instead of returning the money, he keeps calling and mentally torturing students again and again, asking for more money. When I decided to leave the PG, I reminded him one week in advance to return my deposit/advance amount. However, on the day I was leaving, he raised his voice at me and told me to go home, saying he would pay later. After that, his phone was always switched off. It seems he has taken money from many people, which is why he avoids calls. The way he shouted at me made it feel as if I had taken his money, not the other way around. His son appears innocent, but ”

“Very bad experience in this PG. Food quality is poor and unhygienic, cleanliness is not maintained properly, and the owner’s behavior towards residents is rude and unprofessional. Not recommended for comfortable living.”
