A good hotel but masked by the service. Firstly, let me list out the pros,||||Large well lit and clean rooms ||Good Car parking space ||||Cons ||Service needs lot of improvement ||Complimentary breakfast is just for namesake. You're made to wait and wait to get breakfast. It's as if you're left high and dry to Eat one.||Room service is almost non-existent ||Quite far from the city.||Restaurant is filled with mosquitoes ||Food quality needs improvement ||Staff strength is less! You better plan your requirements well in advance.||||Overall, would suggest you to look at other options

We came to restaurant and we asked for normal water but they asked us to buy water to drink they don't have provision for normal water? And in tandoori plater if they don't have items they will do adjustment in plater and convince us to eat worst service and worst food I ever eat

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The hospitality was extremely poor, and the staff seemed careless and uninterested in customer service. Basic needs and requests were ignored, and there was no effort to make guests feel comfortable or valued. Such neglect towards customers is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. There are far better options available that truly care about their guests.

Worst experience in my carrier... Hotel is too far from city... Service is worst than local tea shop... They took almost more than hour to deliver the food... Rooms also not so good.. this hotel charging heavy amount from customer... But no service... Sad reality

To be very honest, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We faced a really bad experience during the check out and were made to wait in the lobby before our actual check out time. God bless the mosquitos.

Had stayed for one night here the staff in the buffet breakfast was pathetic. Very dissatisfied for a coffee I had to wait for 30 mins. The staff in reception was good and was Swift. Restaurant staff during the breakfast was very bad.

This Review Is For Restaurant; A Sincere And Relevant Suggestion To Management: When You Were Unable To Manage And Maintain A Simple Restaurant Better Close It Rather Than Serving Bad And Worst Food With An Unprofessional Attitude.. I Have Been There Along With My Best Friend For Lunch..Inspite Of Peak Hours, The Restaurant Was Deserted Without A Single Customer Except A Lady Waitress Who Cant Speak English Or Kannada..She Said Many Of The Items In Menu Were Not Available.. Being A Pure Vegeterian I Asked To Suggest Some Good Veg Dishes And She Started Reciting All Non Veg Dishes..Its Sheer Pity That She Cant Differentiate Between Veg And Non Veg..Finally We Ordered Lemon Coriander Soup, Crispy Corn And Mushroom Chilli In Soup And Starters.. Lemon Coriander Soup Was Very Sour With Too Much Of Lemon And Crispy Corn Was Soggy And Tasted Awful With Loads Of Pepper, On 1st Bite Of Mushroom Chilly It Was Soft And Rubbery, I Asked Her Is It Paneer? Then She Cut Into Piece And Said "Oh!
