Pathetic service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially those who are new to Bangalore. Do not book this service. Initially, they claim the rent is ₹10,000, but by the second month, it suddenly increases to ₹15,000. They impose fines whenever they want, and there’s absolutely no proper customer service. You can raise tickets repeatedly, but every time, the ticket is marked as resolved without actually addressing your problem. Somehow, they are always "right" in every possible way. The five-star reviews you see are misleading. During the booking process, they make customers leave a good rating. Once that’s done, they reveal their true colors.

The building was clean. Housekeeping done once in a 2 days. The building has elevator and bike parking space. There are 2 washing machine in the top floor but due to lot of people using it and small area to dry the clothes,so I never got chance to use it. Was giving my clothes for dry cleaning. There is also a small kitchen space at the top floor for people who prefer to cook. There are 2 dining table and a TV at the top floor. The building can be accessed only by people staying in it because finger print is required to open the door at the entrance. There is no any kind of restrictions as you see in other PG. You can come at any time. Eat food in your room. The wifi speed was good. The room doesn't have a table and chair. So if you have any laptop work you need to do it in bed which is uncomfortable. For the amount I paid, I think there should have been a table chair and a TV. But strange, only a wardrobe, bed and a small drawer (cannot be used as a table) you get in the room. It was strange, when I checked in, the housekeeping guy tried to take the blanket and the bath towel. When I asked with the manager, I got a reply saying it is not provided for PG stay. My experience at Zolo Akshala in Bangalore was a major disappointment. Customer support was slow and unresponsive, causing unnecessary delays and frustration whenever I needed help. Adding to the problems, the advertised rent seemed reasonable at first, but then came a bunch of hidden fees. It felt like they were intentionally trying to squeeze every last rupee out of residents with these surprise fees. But the worst part was their complete lack of transparency. They only disclosed these hidden costs and deductions when I was trying to get my security deposit back. Don't trust that the initial information they receive is the whole picture. There will likely be unpleasant surprises down the road. Overall, Zolo Akshala turned out to be a stressful and expensive experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your Bangalore accommodation. There are far more transparent and resident-friendly options available.

Cheaters they are!! There is a front desk person by name of Ritu who acts like a receptionist there. She had helped book my son for a 2 month stay and took deposit of one month by stating that it will be returned back post his last date. On 1st Aug when we are enquiring about the deposit refund, she is saying that my son had to give a one month notice. From prior to moving in we have been mentioning that our stay is for 2 months and the monthly rent was duly paid that way. Very very unprofessional way of dealing. The place had a fire incident one of the days and for 24 hours there was no electricity as the transformer got burned. Whole guests were out in mid night. It is not a safe place also from safety point of view. Very rude behavior exhibited by Ms. Ritu if any query is asked. First of all a response comes after multiple follow ups and that too will be a very rude one. Before a booking a placed, they will behave well and once payment is done, you get to see their true colours. Please avoid at all cost to go there. Very very unprofessional set of people. I have to get into legal way to get back my deposit!!

WiFi access code changes everyday and it takes them forever to get a new one. On the second day of the stay there was no WiFi since the morning until 5.30pm, when the caretaker finally bothered to send the updated access code. The caretaker is never present at the front desk and isn't very responsive. No Jio network inside the rooms. Impossible to work remotely from. Not worth it

The system is pretty haphazard. No information is given out when the guest checks in. WIFI credentials are an absolute minimum and they were handed out pretty late too. People may want to work from their rooms. Also not having geysers is not ecological. Centralised automatic heating would require one to turn on their taps for quite sometime before water turns hot. That causes a lot of water wastage. This can cause dire consequences in water shortage cities like Bengaluru in the long run. Please take care of this.

So I lived in Zolo Akshala, Bangalore for 3 months and my experience of the place is:- 1. Exceptionally overpriced for the place and facilities 2. Food getting stolen from common area refrigerator every other day and no one from Zolo cares 3. Your laundry gets misplaces and no one to contact to 4. You’ll be charged for everything like water, electricity (For using one fan one tube light you’ll be charged 840-1100₹ per person)and anything extra as per they want 5. And if you have any complaints then it’s your problem because there will be no one to contact to, no one picks the phone So all in all a disastrous place to live in. please do read the agreement before signing it. Personal suggestion is to avoid staying in this place

I was there for short stay. There are a lot of things need to be changed and corrected. First they need to check the booking details. Like how many guest, type of rooms and amenities. Then they have to keep the room ready in the given check in time. They made me wait for 1 hour to make the room even when I reached after actual check in time. Have to make calls and then they come to reception. Suggestion - if you are getting into short stay business, kindly be prompt with your actions.
