This PG is a complete scam and a safety nightmare. There is NO SECURITY WHATSOEVER. Random outsiders walk in freely, and delivery boys come right up to the rooms. Doors are always open, making it feel like a public lodge, not a PG. Staying here is unsafe and stressful, especially at night. The food is horrible, unhygienic, and sometimes not even edible, yet they charge an unreasonably high rent. Absolutely no value for money. They blatantly lie about facilities to trap tenants. TV, games, and other promised amenities were NEVER provided. Once you pay the deposit, management completely changes attitude and stops responding to complaints. This place is poorly managed, greedy, dishonest, and dangerous. If you care about your safety, health, or money, STAY AWAY from this PG. Worst decision to stay here

I had a disappointing experience with KIO PG, BTM Layout. I paid a ₹2000 token amount to Mr. Shyam (Site Manager) to reserve a 3-sharing room, but upon arrival, the room wasn’t available, and the staff had no record of my booking. I was never informed about any no-refund policy. Since I didn’t stay there even for a day, I requested a refund, but the manager has ignored my follow-ups and refused to return the amount. As a student, this was really unfair. For comparison, I had also paid a token amount at Stanza Living, and they refunded it immediately without any questions asked. Transparency and communication were completely missing here. Don’t get scammed as they responded vaguely saying they have “hidden partners" that will not accept the refund and even the site manager had refused to share any management details for escalation. I had even sent mail to their Team but they ignored it as it meant nothing!

Except room, helpers and keepers. None is good thing here. Everyone faces geyser problem here and causes electric shock in taps but not taken care which is very bad. Owner behaves rudely. Asks people to leave pg if anyone complains about something

Every morning we have to wait for atleast 15-20 mins for their breakfast to be here , and this is what you get in the end, a cockroach in the chutney today i.e 27th may 2026. When you care only about money and not about the service you provide , you will suffer at the very end.
