A worst experience. No good drinking Water. Reception staff told, in all taps fresh water. No hot water, in December also. Bedspread are not maintained, bad smell. Door lock not working in bathroom. No cloth hanger in bathroom. Intercom hone is not working. Only two cars can be parked, that also in road (infront of the property). Totally, please avoid.

I will not recommend this hotel. Basic amenities like lift are missing. And the price is also very high for the services you are getting. Also if you are a tourist, the hotel gates will be closed at 10 pm which will not allow you to see the night life in the city. One positive thing is it is close to most of the attractions in Mysore.

This is one of the old hotel in Mysore, the reception manager is very good person, but the room boys are very worst, they behave like owners of the hotel. There is no intercom facility to contact reception but calling bell is there , it's of no use, because no one will come. Room boys are very very worst. Rooms are not cleaned, foot mats are black dust, first of all owner of the hotel replace room boys, If the mobile number of owner of the hotel is mentioned, probably they get 100 complaints. I am one of the old customer to this hotel, but now thinking to change . If same continues they may close soon.

Dont go worst hotel and manager in all mysore. We reserve vía they online page and was cheaper than the other when we arrive the say that web is not working becouse was to low the prices. In not my fault the clean their hands after 2 hrs. And we were on the street.

They will say hot water will comes from 5 to 8:30 but it will never come.|For drinking water, we have to ask them multiple times, even after that they will give corporation water in bisleri bottles.||Staff is very rude and they don't know how to treat customers. They will treat us like someone came to their home for free stay.||I will never recommend this hotel to any one as this is worst hotel which I stayed in my life time.||Also rooms are not worth the money.||

The most worst experience we ever had!We tried booking room from Mangalore and they said u may come directly n book here needn't worry!! My husband and I reached around 5-30 am n to our dismay the reception guy Venkatesh who ws deep asleep ,whom we hd to wake up wd continuous helpless knocks on d closed doors tried to shoo us away saying "no rooms!!".He dint even admit that the number which we had contacted was hotels official number!We dialed dat number which rang loudly beside him.He then said I don't know whom u called nobody was at the reception at the time that you claim!He and room boy who were sleeping at the entrance didn't even have the courtesy to talk to a customer!We din budge as it was early morning n we din know where to go!We finally had to search around and checked into Ganesh Palace ! This s how Mannar lodge treats it's prospective customer!!! Pathetic it doesn't even deserve a star!!!
