“Be careful guys before moving to this PG. Here I spent two years, at the end they are not ready to give my deposit amount. Half of the amount they have deducted unnecessarily from my deposit. Every 2 months geyser will not work, again and again they will collect the money. Don't Be Bakra!!. You should be very strong infront of those people otherwise you will become Bakra!!!!!”

“I stayed in this PG for 5 months. The rooms are decent and spacious, but unfortunately, my overall experience was not pleasant. During check-in, the owner promised facilities such as WiFi (for an additional ₹200 per month) and power backup. However, after moving in, none of these facilities were not available as promised. Power cuts were very frequent, which resulted in many sleepless nights and affected my work performance the next day at the office. The low rating is mainly because of the owner’s behavior. I had several unpleasant experiences with him, and his attitude was extremely rude, as if we were staying there for free. Whenever I asked about the power backup, he would keep saying, “It will be available next week” or “next month,” but nothing was ever actually arranged. There were also issues related to water refilling and room cleaning. Whenever I approached him regarding these concerns, his responses were rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Instead of addressing the problems professionally, he behaved in a way that made me regret even bringing up the issues. It felt like tenants were expected to adjust silently without asking questions. “Rooms are good.... But price is overrated and the owner is so rude IF we speak politely he talks soo bad I feel embarrassed 😣 I don't know wt sin I did i got owner like him.... U will not get privacy owner will always interrupt .... They don't allow friends to room just to sit staying is far and owner thinks he is boss 😂 hope he should remember our side situation..... And be polite to everyone .... Owner uncle is biggest negative point to this pg (WORST OWNER IN THE WORLD 🌎 ) GUYS. PLZ.. DON'T COME HERE.... MY REQUEST OVER RATED OWNER .....
