Rooms are brilliant, the staff is very very very rude, manager was very brilliant gem of a person,.. Need to share : I told the reception person in a polite way and he misunderstood me and instead of asking me to repeat what i told he went and informed the owners and the owners were questioning me and it’s not their problem bcoz any person who would hear the misunderstood conversation would be angry… later I apologised for something I didn’t do and i came back … over all a very nice place just for that owner not understanding my point of view after telling him so i was disappointed… loved the way they defended the staff (after all the staff lied to them) but one star if for not understanding my pov

Worst resort I have ever visited…while booking they promise you many facilities and when u checkin they don’t provide any of those and if we question about it they say we have some rules and regulations and once u check in they won’t even bother to listen to your problems. And the manager says are MD will be watching through cctv don’t do this and that so please do not just see the pictures and google and fall into this trap nothing is good here

Lizards and ants in room... unapologetic staff and zero lit outdoors...this place is best avoided. We booked 5 rooms and we could not stay for 5 mins. We had to cancel our booking and book another place. The staff didn't give any hoot about our concern and justified the bad maintenance by says that our property is very old.

One of the worst food and service we got here. No customer attention, no taste, no quality. We are very disappointed by going here. We ordered Veg Manchew soup he brought it without fried noodles , after asking twice he brought it. By the time we are almost done. Most of the items were not there which we asked by referring to the menu. Not sure how come they run their business. Staff is not at all good. Staff didn't understand KANNADA when they are in Karnataka. If people are not part of club then they charge 25 rupees per person. Unhygienic, bad taste, dirty plates and glasses and poor staff response are the main drawbacks. Never ever visit this if you are going for a food. Greenery view is good. Not suitable for aged persons and people who are not able to clib the steps. Plenty of steps to reach the restaurant.

- Pretty bad and unhygienic stay. Spider on sofa, mosquitos in room, Lizard on floor, bugs in bed. - Bathroom is very unhygienic. Rust on all the fittings and not cleaned properly. Similar to public washrooms - Very strong mosquito repellent smell in room - Loud music till late night in inhouse pub Nobody will expect such run down property when they are charging 6000 for 1 night stay. We survived the night somehow and left at 5.30 AM to avoid staying in the room any more. Though staff is courteous and food is decent.

On Saturday night we visited restaurant for dinner....9.45 we ordered ....one of the service boy told it is closing time....no neatness to that boy.....& we ordered paneer chilly it was full of oil....no taste....n we ordered crispy corn....it was useless....it was not fresh...we told the waiter....he said...it will come lik that in taste...after eating that....2 people r suffering from stomach pain n loose motion......worst food.....
