My relatives had booked 10 rooms in this hotel. We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We did not get hot water in this hotel even though it was a cold day When we asked him, he said he would come in 10 minutes, so he wasted our 2 hours. The boy sitting at the reception was rude when we asked. They didn't provide us with any facilities. And there was no cleanliness at all, with the dishes and utensils lying around.

Update: July2024, They have not improved on cleanliness, even simple dusting is not done properly. Taps leak and toilets are not clean , had to get rooms changed. The room interior needs some refreshment and simplification. Its not a 3 Star hotel for sure. Unsatisfactory and bad experience this time. Old: Simple and reasonable hotel to stay in Gulbarga. They have restaurant on lower floor which is good. Location is gr8 . They could work on some keeping some clean linen and cleaner bathroom fittings.

Today I had a very bad experience. While coming from a meeting in the afternoon I saw my room was occupied by a couple. My luggage was inside!! Then I was requested to move another room. Room boys moved my luggage to that. Evening faced another shock 😲 My mobile charger wasn't there. When I requested for that answer was sorry 😞 we couldn't get it. The couple were already left the hotel.

I had visited this hotel on a business visit. Several things were not right with my stay here.||||First of all the staff is rude and very intrusive with no sense of privacy. Knocking on the door is seldom done - they straight away open the doorknob. The walls are thin and a lot of noise comes from the reception.||||There were also several problems with my checkout. Due to a delay of 2 hours they had charged me one extra night. Upon complaining, they asked me to pay for one extra night in a lower category room. Post talking to the owner, they went back on their word and I ended up paying the full amount.||||The rooms are big and spacious but the rude staff and bad service do not make your stay worthwhile.||||Advice: Don't stay in this hotel - there are much better alternatives nearby.

The person who is sitting in reception he is taking 2days rent for just 3hr late chick out , I have not seen any hotel like this, I think he is chitting with his owner and spoiling the hotel name, I am not going to recommend any one to stay there, if u want to stay first talk to owner not with reception guys..

Firstly they don’t update phone number for room enquiries, then even after contacting them regarding room availability they say it’s available once we go to the hotel and asks about the room they say don’t have , they totally mislead the tourists , please don’t go here and waste your time better go to Adithya hotel which is near by .

Very poor show by the staff,when I had gone to book 10 rooms for a friend's marriage ceremony,they were not reasonable and they went back on their own words.Naveen one of the staff said I can book 5 non AC and 4 deluxe later he said no sir it's 5 deluxe and 4 non AC is this a joke?? It's very unacceptable.
