Plate cleaning area is too dirty every time. 3. Food ok ok, One papad rule is there. 4. If you want to vacate, you can see the owner's real characters. 5. No proper place for charging ports. 6. One month I stayed there, he didn't give me a locker. 7. No power backup.

1.Behaviour of PG owner is very bad after 3rd week of month. 2.Only in first week of month, he will behave respective like not speaking bad words. 3. No refund in advance amount while vacating, even informed one month before. 4. PROCESS TO GET ADVANCE AMOUNT: If advance amount need to get, then we need to arrange one new member to join in this PG and 25% of advance amount will be reduced to New joiner. (Advance = 2k, refundable amount is 50% = 1k. But while vacating he and his wife will not not give 1k, this refundable amount will be reduced in New member who joined by us and reducable amount is 50% in 1k = Rs.500 only). If no new member will joined behalf us, then no refund in advance. 5. Cook will cook average food in tastewise, eventhough ingredients will not bought and give cook because of this taste of food is very bad. Note: Even one star also goes to COOK, not to owner and his wife.

I stayed here for nearly 1 month. Below average food. Expensive too. On top of this, owner doesn't return advance amount even months after vacating PG(Be careful to get it when you move out). I called him 5 times and he only returned 50% of promised advance back. Very rarely they clean the room as well!

Worst pg, if your native language is Telugu you'll love this place as they are very friendly to only specific people and for the rest of us it's a nightmare. Water smells disgusting and the area around the pg is like a dumpyard. Nosy and not at all friendly people. Gate closes at 9 pm and you need to wake them up to get food incase you order after 9. Food is very salty and doesn't taste well. They make good nonveg food but that's only once a week other than the boiled egg you get. The care taker is really cranky and yells all the time.

For the people looking out for a pg which is close by(for Igate/inorbit/dtp mall) the location of this PG is actually good BUT let me share an experience of mine. My cupboard was opened and my luggage was shifted to different room without any communication/intimation made to me. Few of my stuffs like bedsheet, blankets, iron box, pair of shoes and few lil other stuffs, were missing there after. And the landlord didn't repay me the amount I've asked for. they've paid me a minimal amount which really doesn't make any sense and payment was done after over 1months regular follow ups. so If you are okay your luggage being missing/ man-handed in your absence its a good pg. I've been doing regular follow up with landlord but obviously after paying 1k my msgs/calls were being ignored. there are other things which we can talk about but this being my highest concern as of now, will only stick with this. I hope landlord reads this and pays back my money someday for the wrong doing and the mental discomfort/torture it gave to me. P.s. I'm not alone, there have been more such cases with my room mates too!

At the time of going owner will show all the facilities but after taking money he will say like 1. Don’t use lift only u can use lift in morning and night 2. For food they will say if u want to eat this means eat otherwise leave my pg 3. U have to use fan only in night in case if u r not going office or doing work from home means they will cut light in day time 4. Generator is there but only for showing 5. If u r working professional only want to go and sleep in pg then this is best pg for u pay 6000 per month for sleeping only

Worst pg I have exprienced in my whole life pg owner will give you good after counting dhosa and owner will See every time See how much you are eating 2. Pg owner will stop you to use the lift 3 wifi is not working properly 4.owner will switch off the light everyday to save the billl 5.owner will abuse you if you are paying room rent late one day 6.if you are ready to eat 2 or 3 days old food then you can join this pg 7.this pg is Looking brighter only from outside after that you will feel like commited sucide

The quality of the food is very worst.....if u want to suicide u can stay here by eating this food no proper maintainance definitely your advance amount will not get refunded.....the owner frequently ask u change the room once if u pay the advance amount and room rent.... so better don't pay the advance.... if u say u r going to vacate with proper intimation along with notice of 1 or 2 months immediately they will put u in some other very worst room even if u pay Ur rent for the entire month in advance.... Bed bugs for sure... Owner have the habit of consuming the electricity so he will switch off the main button and will never allow any one to turn it on especially it will happen during night time he love to shut down the electricity .... So happy for sleep less nights for rotational workers...coz they suffer a lot....
