“*Start with Nice Talks end with Terrific act, over all WORST EXPERIENCE* Unprofessional and unresponsive management: Many tenants complain about landlords or owners who are rude, unresponsive to issues, or fail to address concerns in a timely manner. Strict and unreasonable rules: Tenants often feel suffocated by overly restrictive curfews, guest policies, and other regulations that inhibit their personal freedom. Issues with water and electricity: Tenants often face inconsistent water supply, low pressure, and frequent, lengthy power cuts. In some cases, owners charge for utilities separately, leading to disputes. Service Issues: "The wait time for our food was over an hour, no sundays food too. Food Quality: Bad or repetitive food, poor quantity, and the use of low-quality ingredients. Lack of security measures: PGs operate without CCTV cameras or formal security personnel, even lack official licenses *Rental fraud*”

“1.Utilities Not Properly Provided or Controlled 2.Fans and lights being turned off by the owner. 3.No fridge, broken washing machine, no proper cleaning, no PG-provided bucket/mug. 4.Water leakage in the washing machine. 5.Hygiene & Cleanliness PG is not cleaned regularly, lots of hair and dust. No dedicated cleaning staff. 6.Food Problems Lunch is served very late (3 PM). No food on Sunday afternoon. No non-veg options because the owner is vegetarian. Breakfast and lunch timing are not suitable for working people/students. 7.Wi-Fi Issues No Wi-Fi at the time of joining. Wi-Fi given later, but registered under someone else’s name. 8.Rent & Extra Charges High rent (₹5500 for hall space). Threat to split the electricity bill if usage is "more". 9.Rude or Manipulative Behavior The owner talks nicely at first, later becomes harsh and disrespectful. Talking badly about tenants behind their back. Rash behavior, no polite communication. Forcing unnecessary rules like "you must inform before leaving". 10.Legal & Ethical Concerns No proper documents to run PG. Unclear terms and unfair restrictions”
