For anyone wishing to join this pg-don't. The owner attacks people who write bad reviews by making up lies as you can see in other reviews. I'm using my alternative mail for this review so that this owner cant make up lies about me. It's just not worth it for the price and the food is average and very limited. Plus you get locked for 6 months for deposit. And way too many rules, we have to use different cards for gate entry and room. The room stays in power only if you insert that card. If you forgot the card and locked the door you are screwed. you will get a monthly slip, which contains a password, for a slow wifi. And No free washing machine, parking, ups. You get the idea right! and most other things are written in other reviews. So do read those reviews before joining.

(Read the Owner's reply and "my edit" at the end, so that you can decide for yourself, what kind of a person he is?) I stayed here long back, in fact, this was my first pg. I didn't know what to look for in a PG so I just looked at rooms and joined it. so if we are just talking about rooms they are fine. but everything else is just nonsense, well to add to that 1. We have to pay one month deposit upfront and there is a lock-in period of 6 months ( which means we have to stay 6 months there or we do not get the deposit), 2. I used to stay in a 2 sharing room, but the thing is the bathroom is attached to one sharing room with double doors, we have to lock both doors to the bath and if one locks the other side of the bathroom and later forgot to unlock it, we are stuck and have to bang on other person room to unlock it. I mean now I think about it, it is very dumb (especially after paying 7k to 8k ) 3. You have to pay for washing machine, its not free to use and there was only one. 4. The internet is the worst its slow, we have to pay an additional 500 rs for 100 Mbps and that is also not good for playing games. 5. Lastly the food, its north Indian style and very limited. Positives: In this Pg only top floore was good rooms Maintenance is good only for top floore. Negatives: Many times morning time heat water not came, and management is not good ,food worest and thatPg maintenance person (magesh Pg incharge) he show the attitude ..and there no proper response for our problems ,no food facilities and while joing time deposit 5500 and he told vacating time we will give full deposit but after vacate the Pg they reduce the 20% of deposit amount, in this Pg no drinking water facility and no free washing machine facilities and even no buckts in wash rooms also ....

Positives Rooms and toilets are good . Regular house keeping facility Negatives . Dont get fooled by those displays which is showing 4500rs or 1500 rs it is common for every sharing 6000rs fixed. . There is no free wifi as displayed u have to pay extra 150 rs . There are tvs in rooms bt u need to pay extra 250 rs subscription . There is no proper washing machine facility u have to pay extra 25 for for each wash . To run the machine . The display is Jst only for attraction don’t get fooled by the displays ., look more reviews and choose ur best pg except this. . The food given here is of low quality ., which may cause health issues., the food is brought from one of the military hotel behind pg.,the food they provide which is left over there in the hotel.,spoiled fish currys.,chapathis made over a week before . Decided to re-write about the pg. Lot of bedbugs in the old rooms where i stayed there for 10 days. New rooms are good but management are not good. They promise u something and at the end they do something. 5% deduction from the deposit but still they will deduct 15 or more percentage. When u start asking about it owner will blame MAHESH(So called manager) and MAHESH will blame owner. Mahesh the person who asks for commission, he won't leave caterers also, he asks for free food from the caterers shame.. Not really happy with the way they ended our agreement. Never trust these guys. Never refer anyone to join that pg. Almost me n my roommate lost 1200 which is big amount for me. If they reply this review is from thier reval then i have phone recording of mahesh and owner i have full paid deposit and rent receipts anyone can contact me... Not getting wherether to go consumer court for 1200 or just leave it like this. Full on frustrating situation just because of these people behaviour...

Positives: Good for staying and maintenance is regular Negatives: Manager Mahesh is the worst. He won't solve even a single issue. Even the owner don't try to understand what's the exact problem. They won't give even half of your advance back while vacating even if you tell them just one day short of mandatory one month period.

I initially got carried away with the positive aspects of this place- I must really appreciate the fact that it is being managed very well. It's on Margosa Road, which is one of the best areas in Bangalore for a guy like me. Payments are through debit/credit cards,you have a washing machine that you can pay and use, toilets are neat, the corridors are cleaned nearly everyday, you have an organized WiFi connection, where you have your username and password to access the Internet based on a plan you have paid for, and a dozen more good things. I was more than satisfied with all these things that I turned a deaf ear to some comments about bedbugs (I had never encountered these creatures before) and went straight ahead and moved in. It took me 5 sleepless nights to wake up to the fact that I couldn't stay at this place. All my bags, my clothes and stuff were completely infested with bedbugs by the time I vacated. I am still at a loss to understand how people are staying there for months, and in some cases, even years together. Perhaps bedbugs to them, have become like what mosquitoes are to me- they are able to live with these pests. People don't seem to want to complain to the owne

Worst place i have seen.. I even dont want to give 1 star to this pg. Worst rooms,all rooms has so many bedbugs,u can see red blood marks on wall. Attach bathrooms are worst,small bath rooms,so much of disterbence,the RO water wont work properly,no 24 hour hot water fecilities. I can even stay here for 10 days.the manager is irresponsible to our problem.he will say us to call owner but owner dont bother for anything. I lost almost ₹8000 here... Better u dont go n suffer here....

I stayed for 7 months in that pg .. (2021 nov to 2022 June ) Positives:- Clean and hygienic...maintaince is done regularly Security system is good lock for both room door and pg entrance Negative:- Price is high according to its facilities...7500 with attach bathroom and 6500 for non attach bathroom No food at Sunday They take a agreement which tells we should live there for atleast 6 months if not the advance amount will not be refunded and they will take double amount at first payment and cut 18 % while leaving pg ...it's a type of trap ...becoz of this trap i stayed there for 7 months for advance...so be careful while joining I joined becouse of the look of pg and maintenance of pg and good pics of room and all..but facilities are totally waste.... Washing machine costs 25 rs per use and if in case the electricity goes out while washing then u will not get 25 rs back and also in 25 rs ... And one important thing you will get 29 mins for washing for 25 rupees afterwards the machine automatically stops.. They tell no smoking no drinking and all But terrace is a smoking area and alcohol is also consumed in rooms Manager (Santosh)allows people for night stay also by taking money (

rooms are good to stay but some things which have to be maintained by the management because they are the only guardian to the person who leave in their premises security system is good but no such change in review am going to change in my previous review as i wrote [I had read all the terms and conditions with 3 month stay then i had signed the paper i had a proof also because i clicked that pic but the owner refused to give my security money refund by saying that minimun stay is 6 month and the new form he introduced in november with 6 month stay... But i am living before that time and owner & his reception boy need separate confirmation... They tell you the different things.. and owner never accept anything about his reception boy.... Like you can see i had signed the paper with 3 months.. and i also told to his reception boy but they refused to give refund after 3 months... And told that minimum time to stay is 6 month and they told that wifi is free but the thing is they don't share password if they give you password they charge you for that.. and also if you notice in aquaguard filter there is no drainage pipe of waste water].... For staying rooms are good, there is no free WiFi,washing machine facility,they will charge for these services and moreover they will not inform you in the date of joining.They will not inform you properly about food.If you inform problems to the owner then he will tell to contact Mahesh(PG care taker).If you go and contact this dumb fellow,he will not respond properly.They took 10 days to provide me a smart card.on joining date some other fellow will be sitting in the reception and he will tell one must stay 3 months minimum,finally if you go and ask for vacating form Mahesh will tell no..noo, at least you should stay 6 months in this PG etc..These fellows will not accept their mistakes at all.Also they will not tell about the deposit properly on joining
