The PG recently introduced a new electricity billing system that seems completely unreasonable. They charge ₹28 per day just for common area usage, plus extra charges for each room's usage. This adds up to ₹500–₹800 per day for the entire 5-floor building, which is way too much. We are forced to recharge frequently, and there's no proper transparency in how the bills are calculated. It feels more like a money-making scam than genuine electricity management. To make things worse, the food quality is poor – it's often tasteless, repetitive, and sometimes not even hygienic. Many residents are unhappy but feel stuck due to lack of options. I would not recommend this PG unless they bring fair billing, improve basic facilities, and ensure better food.

If you're joining this Stanza or any other Stanza then please don't. They simply charge you more and provide low class facilities and services. Food is bad and always cold as they get it from outside. There are lot of PG's which charge less and provide unlimited internet also better food. Those 5 star reviews are from management and people working there don't believe those reviews. Hot water facility is down since 2 months and not yet fixed and they don't care at all. Terrible support and service!!!

Do not rely on the ratings—they charge based on your income. The rent increases every six months, and they demand a security deposit of around ₹8,000. Additionally, they do not provide hot food. Here are some things they hide from you: - There is no mobile network available. - The Wi-Fi is limited to just 75GB per month. - The food provided is limited and comes from outside. (They primarily serve North Indian food only.) - You are required to pay ₹7,000 to ₹8,000 as security and maintenance charges, which are not worth it.

Worst PG, worst food, they serve cold food , food is not prepared inside PG, it comes from outside. Also, they don't refund the advance and security deposits. I completed my lock in period and gave one month notice as well. Despite,they refused to refund my amount. Also, they have a legal team which will mentally harrassing you if will you raise your voice against anything wrong. They may put false legal cases on you which might impact you adversely. Think once before coming here.

They consistently charge extra fees despite providing subpar, poorly maintained facilities. The management and residential coordinators (RCs) are completely clueless and have no idea what is happening on the property. There is a new problem to deal with every single day. I highly advise against staying here; it is an absolute waste of money and a terrible experience.

I have been staying in this PG for some time and honestly the experience is not good. The biggest problem is the water supply. Many times water is not available at all or comes very late, which makes daily routines very difficult. Even though they say electricity and other facilities are included up to ₹1000, the maintenance is very poor. The staff also does not respond properly when we complain about issues. For the amount we are paying, basic facilities like water and proper maintenance should at least be ensured.

Pg rooms are far better than other local pgs, but food is very bad, no hot beverages are provided. There won't breakfast in lot of occasions. I was provided broken bed and cupboard. It's been 2 weeks, still no resolution. Not worth the hype or money. Very expensive for low service. Not recommended.
