The lift can't take a load of more than 2 people. Rooms are not clean, water is not draining in the bathroom. Bathroom is not at all clear. The only advantage is that it's located near the bus stand. Has enough car parking space. Good to stay for a night. It has a restaurant within it.

The food was not served on time, and I noticed the toaster burning the bread at least once. The rooms and toilets were not adequately cleaned, and the kettle had visible residue of milk and sugar. The food court washing area was extremely poorly maintained, with water splashed everywhere, causing kids’ clothes to get wet. Additionally, the surroundings were unappealing, making it necessary to keep the curtains closed.

Unhygienic room, you can find termite powder in the cot and uncleaned fridge with spots, bathroom is dirty, water stinks, flush doesn’t work properly and there’s constant leakage! Disappointing experience, will never return! Poor maintenance for the price 3k charged per night! Definitely not a 3 star hotel, corridor is smelly, rooms stinks, bathroom also has a bad odour with all shower gel leaked, ceiling hanging with dirt!

Unhappy. Booked hotel because it was under Kyriad brand. It is not a 3 star hotel. Rooms were very smelly because of smoking, bathrooms were unhygienic and smelly. Mattress were very old or maybe bad quality, because it sinked in, so bad for back. We stayed 2 days, but didn’t get hot water. Entire room has marble so it was stinging cold. We booked room for 2 adults and a child, we already paid extra, yet we were not provided with mattress, we were told to pay extra Rs. 800 for mattress. The restaurant smelled like public toilet. The property is old. The only positive is Bhaskar Anna, who guided us for the tour. Thank you, Anna.

Unhappy ! Went and stayed for my cousins wedding, rooms are small, good velvet carpet in corridor, but rooms are stinky and dirty...... no room service after 10:30 pm, even they don't pick calls after 10:30 pm deadline. Room boys are not available after deadline, not even to give you water or bedspread. Disappointed 😞

Worst experience ever, The breakfast will be ready by 8am is what they said, we were short on time, after 15 minutes of us waiting they came, but to take the order and not to serve food and then we waited another 15 minutes and left without eating as we were in hurry... No refund was given against the food, but this is just nothing compared to the fuss they did over AC, Upon their suggestion we took a package with ₹3000 for a single day and they gave us a room which had an AC, but they said that we had to pay ₹500 extra to use the AC, we decided and said that we wouldn't need the AC and never used it even once, but at the checkout time when we went to ask for refund for the food, the manager said that we could have used the AC and also accused of we having used it, so that they wouldn't refund anything. If we had a package with AC then why did the staff say we had to pay ₹500 extra, I don't know if it's because he didn't remember what package ours was or he purposely said so in hopes of making some extra money for himself?? The TV in the room is just for show as well... Not that I had to use, so I don't care. Other than that the rooms were maintained just fine, not good not bad. Ju

Terrible, to say the least. My worst experience ever in a hotel. Absolutely unsafe place. There is no one from the hotel management in the night. We were left at the mercy of one dozen unruly, boisterous and arrogant guests in other rooms on our floor who partied loudly till 3.00 in the morning. ||Just avoid this hotel at any cost. Spend your night on the road but don't stay in this hotel.

It was one of the worst experience I had in last few years.First of all I am not sure whether to call it a hotel or a lodge. We needed to change our rooms twice during single day due to rat and then mosquito. The place is far from all the tourist spots and makes no sense to live here with such stinky rooms,dirty washroom and imagine broken windows from where the mosquito sweeps in. However the staffs were little co-operative else would not had allowed us change the room twice.
