Checked into room #307 saw what’s in the pics and owners haven’t even trained the staff to not just change the room but refund it.... anyway staff is definitely nice..... don’t have a choice but to stay here as I have a very early morning flight.....

Hotel infrastructure is designed for comfort and long stay.My bitter experience with front office staff ( Mr. Suresh ) reflects lack of basic hospitality training. Considering so many competition around like Click hotels, Bloom, moxy, etc, around 15 competition in 600mt radius, yet front office staff has casual approach towards customer. At same cost , click vista and click is more customer friendly. Older staff was better.

*we booked for 3 and they provided a single 500ml water bottle. *We paid for extra bed and got a matterss on floor. *Pictures online show extra bed a chair .. the original room is quite different . *No kitchen or restaurant. *The staff is iggnorent and arrogant we never ordered extra water bottles as we bought from shri sagar where we had dinner, the guy on front desk asked us to pay ₹45 for 2 bottles claiming we ordered at night which we never did , when we told him we haven't ordered or got any extra bottle he started arguing saying he could show us the CCTV if we were not getting late for airport. *We asked him to share the footage if we have taken the bottles we will pay double and if not he must send us an apology mail we haven't received both yet .

I had the worst ever experience with this hotel. I booked the hotel after viewing the other reviews but I did not find any of the reviews are true. There are very many problems I have faced during my visit: 1. The bedsheets were full of stains and I had to ask to change it; even after changing it still has the same. I did not find any clean bedsheets and even pillows. 2. I have checked in at night 12:00 as I have travelled a long from business trip and thought to have a good rest; but I was wrong. The worst night of my life. Could not even get a sleep for 5 minutes. 3. The room service boy ringed the room bell at 2:00 in the night. They were making all noises.Could not even sleep. 4. They mentioned free wifi but it was notworking in the room.I had a business meeting at early morning ; had to used personal wifi. Do not expect such service from them. 5. The staffs were rude and they were behaving as I am staying there for free/ they are paying for my stay. I have never seen such bad hotel throughout my travel. The breakfast was bad and plates had all the sticky hairs. If I were given to stay for free also I would never prefer this hotel.

1. Rooms were not in good condition. The first room they gave me was internally connected with the adjacent room and the door lock was not working. People from the adjoining were partying and they opened that door. I called the reception, they said they will send someone to fix the door. One of their guys came and saw the problem but couldn't do anything as the lock was broken. I went to reception and switched rooms. 2. Keep in mind they do not provide sleeping arrangements for drivers. 3. Keep in mind that there is a toll tax on the way to airport from this hotel. If you have to take a flight after the stay, it would be better to book a hotel before the toll. 4. On top of all this, they do not seem to care about Hindu sentiments. On their menu, they have clearly written "We follow strict Halal policy". Why this discrimination against the majority population? Don't we deserve Satvik food?

Not clean rooms and no proper amenities given. We have to ask for towels and dental kits. Front desk is rude and not given proper answer. We booked two room weeks before. But didnot given adjacent ones. When asked for empty plate they asked rs100 for each empty plate. Rooms floor not clean.

Just a pathetic experience in service. 1. I have a booking of double occupancy. And for double occupancy they have provided one complimentary bottle, one coffee mug, one coffee sachet & one sugar pouch. Seriously not able to understand how two persons will manage in this? 2. TV was not recharged. 3. The intercom line is not clear. I had to repeat it 3 4 times to make reception understand. Rooms are good as property is new. But i think Hospitality is more about service and taking care of customers. And the reception are not able to help. Avoid this hotel for time being. May be in future the service may improve. Reply to your comments: 1. The room was booked on double occupancy. I have reservation ticket, if you need i can share u. Also it was confirmed from reception that it was double occupancy and two ids were asked. I DIDN'T CHANGED MY OCCUPANCY. So this shows you can lie anytime. 2. Information regarding TV could have been provided at the time of Check-in, but same was not provided. 3. Even asking about additional cup and other things it was not provided immediately. It was provided only i put a review on Google. Anyways lesson learnt. There are other hotels options as well

I checked in at almost 8.30 pm on 5-9-23 after a long day at work. To my surprise the receptionist named Akash was an extremely rude and ill mannered guy. When I asked him a simple question about breakfast time he back answered me. Then I asked him about dinner. He said yes room service. So I asked him I can see your dining area, so can I eat there, to which he replied food comes to your room from the dining area only. I was zapped.|Then I was upset so some senior of his, a girl called Nirosha came who understood the whole matter and said what can she do to make it up. I said I don't need anything extra. But atleast expect this guy to apologise. She looked at him still neither this guy was bothered nor she told him anything. Would suggest everyone Do not step into this hotel

The WORST SERVICE I have come across. My kids used duvet covers instead of blankets as the hotel didn't have enough blankets. When they gave us blankets on 2 separate occasions they were dirty and smelly. Too many mosquitoes too. I requested for a mosquito repellent, the receptionist just ignored us and did nothing. He just wouldn't talk on the phone. My kids were bitten all over by mosquitoes. If you need something you will have to call the reception a couple of times for them to follow through and still sometimes they literally just ignore your request. DIRTIEST towels ever, almost brown.

Stayed here for a week's training program at bial. The rooms are poorly maintained and room service is not upto mark. The wash basins.in.my room were supported by raw bricks.But they charge heavily due to prime location. As if not enough the restaurant and food makes it even worse for you. You are Lucky if you don't get food poison.

I am from Varanasi and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. It was very bad experience with this hotel Purple cloud Bangalore. Staff were very roude. They don't know how to behave with guest even they don't know anything about official mail, booking details etc. After the approval of meals and cab, they were not ready to provide services. They forced me for check out one day earlier. Don't book this hotel Purple cloud. Housekeeping service was very bad. They provide me very old and torn towel. You can check the attached photo. Seriously it was very bad experience with Purple cloud hotel in Bangalore.

Marking 1 star to get the property's attention. How come your Maps pin is not updated for this hotel till now?? Be it your website, Make my trip or Goibibo, they all point to the wrong one. Please understand if people blindly just click the pin from these places they'll end up at the wrong location. Unnecessary confusion. Is there a specific reason why the management isn't bothering to update the maps? Are you trying to DELIBERATELY mislead us to the wrong set of reviews?

The hotel staff is so rude, I called them to check for the pricing list instead of helping me out nd figuring out where the price difference is so high between online and offline price the staff was being rude and asking me to book from there. They have zero manners hate it
