“❌ Food quality is pathetic – same dal rice, rasam rice every day, absolutely no variety. The food is tasteless, oily, and feels unhealthy. • ❌ Unhygienic kitchen – staff openly spit inside the kitchen itself while cooking 🤮. No cleanliness, no hygiene standards followed. • ❌ Owner’s excuse for food – when asked about quality, Venkatesh Sai (PG owner) argues saying “all PGs serve the same food.” Instead of improving, he fights back. • ❌ Electricity issue – promised 24/7 supply, but there are long power cuts even at midnight (2–3 am). When confronted, the owner casually says “only 5 mins na” even if there’s no electricity for 30+ minutes. • ❌ Small, congested rooms – very cramped space, hard to live in. • ❌ Tiny bathrooms – poor ventilation, not maintained properly. • ❌ Overpriced – the rent is high, but facilities are worse than budget PGs. • ❌ Owner’s behaviour – extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Adv. Aditya S Sahadevan★★★★★Best ever PG based in Yelahanka, from hygiene to waste management to food to accessibility, this PG is much better than the ones in BTM according to my experience. Just few steps and you have a bus stand, metro is on the verge of completion. The way the staffs and owner handles it shows their character.❤️🧿 They never compromised on food & timely room cleanups. Even they have a mini gym area besides the laundry’s section.
