“Nice place to stay with reasonable price especially near to places like manipal. Charge is around 4750 per month and 3000 deposit. Weakly 2 days they serve non-veg food and one day no food will be served. Food is hygienic. Owner is very good. They have concern about the people those who are staying in their PG especially when you were having health issues. Almost 24/7 water and current is available. They provide hot water to drink. Timing of the PG is as follows: 7:30-9:30-- Breakfast 12:30-1:30-- lunch 8:00- 9:00-- dinner. Around 10 O'clock almost everybody will sleep. For those people who r studying they have arranged light and sitting facility outside the room- in the hall. Overall it's good so 5 *💥 rating🌹 Thanku so much 😍😘❤️”

“Worst pg I've ever seen this kind of pg before and owner also not good, money minded and liar . every time creating his own rules, hence I suggested plz don't go there”

Vikas Dwivedi★★★★★Very poor experience.<br/>1) Food literally not good, everyday the owner will provide rice & sambhar or rasam in night & in morning brekfast he will give masala rice.<br/>Whatever he'll cook in afternoon that only he will heat & give at night. He will only provide you rice daily in luch & dinner, he'll not cook chapati.<br/>2) The owner is very cheap in nature. Starting days of the month he'll be very nice to you but afterwards that nice will convert into cheap.<br/>3) Price will differ from room to room. There are 3 buildings in which in 1 building their is 1 room with 6 beds very conjested with 5k rent. Rest 2 of them buildings have double sharing room with 5.5k rent.<br/>4) All the 3 buildings electicity control is in his hand only & around 4 or 5 pm he shut down main switch so that he can save his electric bill.<br/>5) For any reason your stay date extended with 1 or 2 days he will take money for that also & he'll not return your security deposit which is 3k.<br/>6) 1st of all i personally will not recommend this PG to anyon, incase you dont get any place to stay & if you are coming for less then a month it is waste of money.<br/>7) In a month he takes 2days leave for not provi

Sandeep S Y★★★★★Not a good PG, more over the owner doesn't have license to run it. It's basically a part of home turned into PG. Owner drinks regularly and chit chat with PG mates, that's too annoying. He doesn't have the habit of returning the deposit amount. Seems silly but irritating..
