“Main thing that anyone will think for Zolo pg is for food. Only for that we are paying high. But food is worst. Quality and quantity both are worst in Zolo. I got live worm in curry. Don't know are they going to pay for us if will have some diseases like food poisoning and etc.”

“Not transparent in electricity bill. Water problem all the time. Happening since multiple weeks. No one cares to fix. PG manager and zolo admin are useless. Have been surviving somehow by taking medicine. Water quality is poor and smells like oil”

“Review as of 5 Aug, 2019 The service is very bad. Don't come this Zolo property. The infrastructure is not proper. No power backup and the heaters in certain rooms are improper. I have been staying in this property from Jan, 2019. The quality has been downgraded ever since. Also the customer care is not responding properly to basic issues like geyser not working and stuff. The quality was tolerable but last two months it has become very bad. I suggest anyone looking to move in to this property to come and see if the rooms have all the peripherals fitted and is working properly. Hope zolostays looks into issues and solves them because for the money they are charging for this property the quality is appalling and is not short of theft.”

Poor service i have ever seen, after every 4/5 days when i call to zolo coustomer care they tell me to wait for again 7/10 working days when it is already more than 10 days 👎👎👎👎
