I stayed at the Sterling PG from March 9th to May 9th, 2025, and my experience was far from satisfactory. During my time there, I faced several issues that made it quite challenging. First and foremost, the room service consistently overlooked cleaning the toilet, which was frustrating. Nights were a struggle because of a serious bed bug problem; I could hardly get a decent night's sleep. The dining experience was also disappointing—on days designated for non-vegetarian meals, the food supply was inadequate and lacking in variety. Additionally, the lift capacity was a significant concern. It could only accommodate two people at a time, which made moving around the PG quite cumbersome. There was only one washing machine available, which simply wasn’t enough for all the residents. To add to these challenges, the parking was not secured, leaving me worried about my vehicle. When I finally decided to leave on May 9th, I encountered another hurdle. The PG in-charge, Narayana Swamy G, was reluctant to refund my deposit and made up all sorts of excuses to avoid paying me back. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the full amount. I want to share my experience as a warning to others

I stayed here for over a year. The previous owner maintained the PG properly, but ever since the management changed, the new owner has been nothing short of arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The moment he took over, he arbitrarily increased the rent. Worse, whenever I traveled to my hometown, items went missing from my room pillows, mirrors, bedsheets, curtains, mats, even a bucket. I complained multiple times, and the owner promised action, but absolutely nothing was done. The most alarming incident: I went to my hometown for two weeks, and when I returned, my bed had been replaced. Upon inspection, I discovered it was infested with bedbugs. This is beyond negligence this is outright theft and endangerment of tenants’ health. I complained and I ran out of patience I vacated. When I intimated owner that I'm vacating he said go ahead we don't want you. The new owner and some of the people living in surrounding rooms are thieves. This place is unsafe, untrustworthy, and should be avoided at all costs. Anyone considering staying here be extremely careful.

Sterling Gents PG is the best in Electronic city Phase -2, and it is walkable to TCS, Tech Mahindra, Siemens and Veerasandra industrial area also. PG owner is very honest man. Here,Breakfast, miday meal and dinner food is timely and good quality.
