Worst nightmare during the course of stay. No housekeeping was sent for 2 days straight. No proper reception. Had to call that one person for everything. 17 rooms we booked and 1 guy. No towels, no proper wa ter bottles. Had to call him everytime. Frequent power cuts and generator backup's takes time to kick in and no insects repellants at all. Though restaurant was there. chef wasn't available and was told that chef is on sick leave. I was surprised to see that they only relied on 1 chef and denied food. Specially on sat and sun. We were made to wait for 3 hours during our checkout time and didn't value as elders. Not sure if they would have to their own parents. Property owners were really rude and acted like bunch of rowdies. As they were speaking too loud and using profanity all along over a stone damage. Worst experience overall!

Hopped in for lunch on a weekend and had pathetic experience in their restaurant. Food taste is absolutely worst and staff behavior is very rude when we request or give feedback on taste. Anything you order is extremely spicy and most of the dishes we got were not cooked well. Definitely not a place for family..

Horrible experience during the time of stay. There is a frequent powercut and it takes a while for the generator to kick in as someone has to manually turn it on and also there is no housekeeping on a daily basis and no bedsheets, towels were replaced after a day. The checkout process was horrible. Because of some property damage issue they withhold the guest and also thier family. They locked in the gates and made guests walk all the way to the gate and stopped few of them from going. This is utter stupidness. Hospitality skills is zero. I feel like they are all bunch of hooligans. The property is handled by multiple partners. So don't rely on one guy's words. Keep everything documented for your safety.

Worst experience altogether, zero management skills ans zero hospitality. Do not trust thier words, they change it according to their needs. This is a partnered ventured and change their words according to thier needs. Very rude behavior from the management and stopped us from going out during the checkout. For a stone damage issue with some other guest, they held us and other elders by locking the gate and took our civil rights.
