“Stayed there for 4.5 yrs. Food was ok in initial 2 to 3 mnths then it went down . Worst is maintenance of rooms and bathrooms which was pathetic and on top of that they do not refund your amount when you leave . Their policy says within 45 days of vacating their rooms they Wil refund which they don't do even after 3 months. They don't have complaints redressed system. Customer care numbers are for taking in new customers and worst they don't answer your calls. If at all answering they ask you to call other numbers which never get answered. Kindly look for other places like olive living or any other but nit stanza. If I could rate a zero I would have done that.”

Manager Prabhu had clearly committed an alternative check-in option with no additional cost, but at the time of check-in, the staff completely denied this and still charged extra. This is misleading and unprofessional. The reception staff, including Bharat and Priya, were not helpful and failed to resolve the issue. On top of that, the basic facilities were extremely poor — no proper water supply and frequent electricity issues. Despite this, they continued charging extra under the name of “policy” and “terms,” which felt like a complete fraud. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
