Very bad experience – Never recommend this hotel I stayed at this hotel with my wife and had a terrible experience. • There was no floormat in the washroom and no towel in the room. After requesting, they gave a towel after half an hour, and it was torn and dirty. • The washroom was not clean. The wash-basin tap was broken, and the mirror lamp area had a big hole (attached photos). • I ordered biryani and chilli chicken, but after one hour they delivered only half biryani with some other chicken gravy. When I asked, they only refunded at the front desk. • The front office staff was very rude. • Overall, the hotel wasted my time during check-in (we reached around 10 PM for shopping at Chickpet). My wife was very uncomfortable with the service and the hygiene. This was one of the worst hotel experiences, and I strongly suggest others not to book this hotel.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedsheets and a bad odor. The AC wasn’t working properly either. What made it worse was the behavior of the manager and cashier—they were extremely rude and dismissive when we complained. Instead of helping, they argued and ignored our concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Worst place to stay in Bangalore. Very very rude staff the manager and the guy in reception is very very rude. They do not even know how to talk to ladies. They don't give the rooms on time even though you book it prior. They do not provide towels and not even water bottle. Just the worst place to stay. Rooms are also unhygienic. The area is also very bad somewhere in the corner of narrow streets. Not safe for women. Please don't go to this hotel. Way too bad !

Had a horrible experience at this hotel. Not at all advising women to go this place. The location is way too bad and shady somehwere in the corner. The rooms are not good Washrooms are so bad the handle of the door was legit broken. Cockroaches everywhere in the room and no proper lighting as well. The manager was very rude. Even though i booked 2 rooms 2 weeks back, when i arrived they just gave me one room and asked me to adjust and the manager was being so rude telling we arent asking you to pay money adjust in one room and the other room was given late at night. Worst behaviour of the hotel staff. Seriously had the worst 2 days staying here. Telling it again women please dont go the location is too shady.

The Worst Hotel in Town. This used to be a very good hotel long time ago, but now the management is irresponsible and very rude. The Hotel staff will not listen to any of your queries or requests. The restaurant is even worse, even though the food is delicious you won't get anything you want as the staff deny having that at the time you order. Also the restaurant closes half an hour before the mentioned time and even when we argue over the timings, the receptionist is least bothered about all this. Better stay at Sukh Sagar located just across the next street which has a very good staff and restaurant.

Rooms are good, But employees from manager to room boy were cheater. Only one person is good among all the staff members. I took room for one day in this hotel and at that time room boy tried to cheat us when we ordered food. We ordered fried rice and they charged 300rs, but they bought it from normal hotel which costs 90rs. Unfortunately boy left the bill in parcel, so that i came to know. Other guy is a manager who is a tongue twister. They won't think to cheat customers, when i visited 2nd time in the same weak after my visit to Mysore, this guy asked to pay us 1 day fee as advance. There is only advance booking in hotels, but i never saw any hotel asking for excess advance. He had argument and i asked to call the guy who gave room for me 2 days ago, he refused to call him and left the hotel and took another one. So beware and never ever visit this hotel. Save your money.

The most dirtiest and unhygienic hotel I have ever seen, probably in the whole world. I had booked a tripple occupancy with breakfast from 19th to 23rd Oct 2018, but was forced to leave the hotel the very next day and shift in a different hotel due to it's extremely poor condition . Please Beware.... you will find each and every room full of cockroaches, foul smelling damp rooms, with non working or extremely disturbing A/C with rattling sounds , you will feel like sleeping in a factory. Believe me we could not sleep at that night, When complained about the condition of the AC and rooms they showed us some more options of rooms but none of the rooms were OK with similar problems everywhere. Some of the rooms had damp walls, some non working ac, some no lights etc etc. Even the toilet flush was not working in my room. When we asked for the Manager to make the complaint we were told that he was on leave and none was there to look after the issues we were facing. Most surprisingly they don't have the basis amenities in the rooms, as we were carring a baby with us we asked for a electric kettle but they simply refused. Went for dinner around 7.00pm. Their dinner time was 6.30pm. We asked for tansoor which was not yet ready. They asked for 45min time in getting tandoor ready. Meanwhile we ordered 2 snacks. We got one and other on we have not received by 8pm. On asking about proper dinner they were asking 2min in tandoor. Till 8.30 their tandoor was not ready and nothing was served to us.

Worst service ever. They have less staffing to customer ratio. The service is super slow. Cashier, table cleaners are also used for serving food. The men in blue seems like a manager/ cashier who was behaving arrogantly. Main items that should be present in an authentic north Karnataka food were missing(jhunka, chutney puDi, different pickles). When enquired the men in blue told that they have ran out of stock. Over all the food tasted good. But i would even give a negative rating for their service!

The worst staff ever. A roadside hotel has a better staff. Firstly none of the waiters are hardly waiting in the dining hall, and secondly whenever the waiter(s) is in the dining hall the waiters chuck attitude, none of them have decency, they stare at customers while eating, they don't even know how to serve the food properly, they don't respond when called. Just because you serve good food doesn't mean you can ignore the behaviour of your staff. There's no floor manager to be seen at all. No Credit/Debit card facilities. Every time they say the card machine isn't working. This isn't the first time I'm facing all the above problems. Every time they say card machine isn't working. Get it fixed man. Or get some Mobile wallet like paytm, freecharge etc. HOPELESS. 1 star only because you serve good food, Otherwise not even worth it.

We went to have dinner at Amruta Restaurant in Basant Residency.. Worst place.. We ordered north indian food and waited for 2 hrs..but they were not able to provide us.. So we left the place without having food. They were only able to serve north karnataka food. Rest of the items on menu are not available.. Staff was not aware what is available for the dinner... Worst service ever experienced.

Worst hotel, staff behavior is rude, after 24 hrs they automatically switch off the power supply for the rooms and even after informed one hour late checkout at the time of checkin, they said OK but they won't allow you to stay one single minute after check out time. Very rude and less maintained rooms and washrooms. Entrance to this hotel is very worst.
