Zolo stays are an absolute nightmare to live in. There’s barely any water, the toilets are rarely serviced, and the level of cleanliness is disgusting. Basic maintenance is nonexistent and the place is clearly neglected. Whenever you report an issue, they just tell you to raise a ticket, but those tickets go nowhere and nothing ever gets fixed. Problems stay unresolved for weeks while management does absolutely nothing about it. To make things worse, the rent keeps increasing every month despite the conditions getting worse. The only thing they are efficient at is demanding rent on time while completely ignoring the pathetic living standards they provide.

Many reviews mention the rooms being well-maintained, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful, which I definitely experienced myself. Some people online talk about occasional issues like water availability or service delays, but overall it felt decent for a PG in this area. Big shoutout to Ajay, the caretaker — such a genuinely nice and supportive person who made daily life easier and answered any questions promptly. His help really stood out and made my stay feel much more pleasant. Would recommend this place, especially if Ajay is around to look after things! 😄

Good pg, good amenities, Location is good near itpl, also very quite and friendly surroundings, although they don't provide food but food options is also available including various shops, the housekeeping does the brilliant work, very hardworking! With well maintained common spaces! Also the Tenants are very friendly and understanding!
