To the Management Team,||I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at goStops Gandhinagar. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I am requesting a full refund for the following reasons:||Climate Control: I found it highly inconvenient that the air conditioning was not kept on; I had to repeatedly ask the front desk to enable it.||Accommodations: The room dimensions were uncomfortably small. Specifically, the bed length is inadequate for taller guests, which significantly impacted my ability to sleep.||Value for Money: At the current price point, the facilities and the breakfast charges are disproportionately high compared to similar accommodations in Bangalore.||Given these issues, I would like to request a full refund for my booking. Dont assume its 100% suitable for working professionals. Unlike hostellers they dont have dediated work area. Its common area only, and any one can come and keep loud noise with phone or something. I also saw someone in the evening took alcohol bottle entered into common area for boozing. I dont think its safe for women then. If you just need a night stay and no office work its fine.

Don’t stay here if you don’t have an Indian SIM card. With a SIM card of another country you don’t get the OTP which is necessary to open the dorm door with your smartphone. If you don’t have an Indian SIM card, you always need to ask reception to open the dorm door for you. It is not possible to receive the OTP via e-mail or whatsapp instead. And it is not possible to open the dorm door with a pin code or else. And of course don’t stay here if you don’t have a smartphone at all. The bathroom looks quite old. There is only one bathroom inside the dorm. so if it’s occupied, you need to wait until the person is finished. only on the ground floor is one other bathroom The bunk bed is somewhat shaky. You feel it somewhat in your bed if the person above or below you moves. hostel has also some upsides. edit: 1 star less because of the unfitting reply

One of the worst stays that I have come across...To start with, the check in process is extremely slow as the guests are made to download the hotel's app. For breakfast, one has to come down to the reception to select from a few options. The check out time for this hotel is 10 am, although the standard check out timing is 12 pm. No late check out is possible. No free cloak room for luggage, need to pay extra. Not recommended at all. Worst hotel...minus one star...surely not coming back.

I had booked a stay for 3 nights 4 days from 18-21 oct.i has booked just on 16 as it was planned last minute. They had asked to pay the entire amount for stay. And on the same day I asked for cancellation as it was diwali time and i couldn't make it. They said it has to be cancelled 5 days before.how can I cancel 5 days before when I had booked only two days prior.even they didn't accept for date changes. Not returned even partial amount. If they cannot accommodate clients requests why run the place only for money. Zostel asks to pay only 100 or 150 during booking. Pls act genuine

Worst experience ever while staying here. Check in process took a lot of time. Room was dirty and stinky. Bathroom was still cleaner. Towel given was not clean at all. When asked for a new towel, I was told to pay extra per day for the towel. Ridiculous! No reception to call, just an app to put a request which wouldn't even get addressed properly.

Everything was very good- room, staff, food and service but only thing i faced was a theft. all the lockers have same key to open, they have a very secure lock pass to open the door that is only via through their app but the lockers aren’t safe at all, i had kept my wallet inside a bag in my locker, i never took the bag out, i stayed there for 7 nights, after few hours of checking out when i checked my bag to get my wallet it was empty. please keep your belongings with yourself to be safe

This is hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place is full of ridiculous rules and overhyped claims that are completely baseless. Having to unlock the door through an app is just frustrating and totally impractical. The security is laughable. You’re not allowed to bring food into your own room, and if you ask for a plate, they refuse and instead charge extra—seriously? The room itself is in terrible condition. No TV, no cupboard, a bed that feels like it’s on the floor, and electrical switches that make no sense—turn on the fan and the main light comes on too? Absolutely absurd. For a place charging ₹3000, this is a joke. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this place too. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but since I can’t give 0, 1 it is.

Unacceptable Experience at goSTOPS Bangalore (Majestic) I had been staying at goSTOPS Bangalore (Majestic) for almost a month without any issues. Today, two of my friends arrived at the same property with confirmed bookings. Unfortunately, one of them had just purchased a new mobile and didn’t yet have any digital ID proof on the device. We respectfully requested just 10 minutes to retrieve the ID from home or email, but the security (balram) personnel was extremely rude and forcefully removed him from the property without any compassion or consideration. This kind of inhuman and unprofessional behavior—especially from a hospitality brand that claims to be youth-friendly and community-focused—is deeply disappointing. We expected at least basic courtesy and understanding in such a situation. I hope GoStops takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat guests with respect, even in difficult situations. #CustomerExperience #HospitalityMatters #GoStops #Feedback #RespectGuests

I had a terribly frustrating experience at the Gostops Bangalore Majestic Road location. First, the parking situation was an absolute nightmare. The parking space is poorly managed and extremely cramped. Not only is it difficult to find a spot, but I had to deal with dogs roaming around the area. One of them even bit the seat of my vehicle (Photos attached) leaving me with unnecessary damage and stress. The seat itself costed me 4000INR which is not what I expect in my touring budget. I would have got a better 3 star hotel with this overall price and have better parking than this stress. To make matters worse, the check-in process was a mess. The staff seemed disorganized, and it took an unreasonably long time to get checked in. There was no sense of professionalism or efficiency at all, which left a bad first impression. The curtain rod for a bed in 207 room is attached to a wire which falls apart. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of proper parking and the awful check-in experience were more than enough to make me question ever staying here again. A total disappointment. Highly not recommended for bikers.

I stayed in Gostops Gandhi nagar for 1 night on 5th june and it was pathetic experience. First I entered into property there was guard on reception not manager. I asked politely to guard where is manager and he replied rudely "Ku kya hogya me dikh nahi raha hu kya " Than there was AC not working in my room which alloted to me from last night. Staff knows that AC is not working in that room but still alot me that room. I asked multiple times till night 11pm about AC they just lies that technician will come . At last at 11pm i was bound to shout at reception than they change my room. This whole drama was not supposed to be have have in big brand when we choose because of known brand. Management must need to work on it . I hope Pallavi should take care of this.

i stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Never ever anybody came to clean the room. 1 day i ask for a spoon, they said they dont have a spoon, but have restaurant. No Hot water all days i had to use some cheap manual heater to have bath with hotvwater. Staff really NoT friendly At all. pathetic service and Too much drama while Check in but no responsibility at all. so many times The security guard was at the reception and not the reception person. pathetic and worse experience after paying this much amount.

I booked the private room after looking at ratings and was I disappointed. First and foremost I'm not traveling for the first time nor am I staying at hotels for the first time so I had certain understanding or expectations which wasn't met actually not even the basics were met. First my mom had fallen sick during the journey because of which our dad was joining us later that day so I asked them if I could pay for an extra bed in the room. The receptionist said "I'm sorry it's not allowed." I was naturally surprised by that reply and kept requesting, but same reply. A little chit chat with the watchman told us that the rooms were too small to accomodate an extra bed. Here I would like to add this is a 2600/ night room without food. Secondly we asked them for a glass to collect the hot water from the common water dispenser cause we only had plastic bottles, same reply "I'm sorry it's not allowed." I asked if they could atleast give us a paper cup and they said I'll have to pay for it. This room had nothing no ketttle or the usual bags of tea and coffee no bucket and mug in the bathroom. I understand you're going for the hostel vibe but are you seriously gonna be so frugal. We could
