I stayed in this ladies PG in Bejai. During my stay, there was a severe rat infestation, with rats entering the bedroom and kitchen areas. Rat droppings were frequently found, and personal belongings and bedding were damaged, making it a serious hygiene and health concern. The management was irresponsible and did not take effective action despite repeated issues. Additionally, there were instances where the owner entered rooms and checked cupboards in residents’ absence, which made us feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable as paying residents. Due to these hygiene and safety concerns, I had no option but to move out. I have attached photos for reference so others can make an informed decision before choosing this place.

This PG was one of the worst pg I've ever seen. Being a girl's accommodation, the owner doesn't let us lock the door even at night, no safety is provided. He wants us to sleep with the door open. When I raised this security concern, he said we can't lock door and just because I raised the issue he didn't provide cleaning service for 1 month...He keeps checking our cupboard all the time..he needs to respect people's boundaries...he has no manners, he just comes inside without knocking, doesn't let us lock the door at night, checks our personal things...this person handling a girl's accommodation should have some deceny. The owner is very shallow minded...when we said we are leaving this place, he stopped cleaning our house, said the laundry wala to charge more for us....very troublesome person

Reasonable rent, friendly owner. Any time any help from the owner. 1,2,3 sharing rooms also there. Big living hall and kitchen, attached n seperate washroom, gyser, refrigerator, sofa, dining table, utensil, gas stove is coming under monthly rent. No water problem. Cleaning aunty also coming. Big open terrace. To dry the cloths inside and outside facilities there. Beautiful home and garden.Infront home laundry is there. Always home feel,kinda second home. Best place to cook, eat and stay 😌. I stayed for 2years. Once again I came back for 3 months. My 2nd home forever.

I have stayed in this PG for 7 months, and it is one of the best PGs I have stayed in so far. The main advantages of this PG are the cooking facility and a fridge in each room, along with an attached bathroom. The PG is very comfortable and truly feels like home. The owner is friendly, and any issues are resolved quickly. It is surrounded by greenery, which creates a pleasant environment. Clothes washing facilities are also available, with both hand wash and washing machine options. I would definitely recommend this PG to everyone.

Very calm, away from all the pretentious hotel like stays, it will feel like a home away from home. Last but not the least, I absolutely look forward to meeting Damodar Uncle again. For me, staying in PG has certainly been much needed experience. And I absolutely found a beautiful place without visiting as person in 2022. The location is also perfect and greenary all around. Wow, wow, wow in every aspect 🫰 Mr. Dhamodara Ballakuraya who owns Cauvery Ladies PG is a coolest, down to earth and ready to help person who I ever met in life. One of my inspiration he is😌 My experience in Cauvery PG was awesome and next time whenever I come to Manglore, this will be my place to stay. A very beautiful entrance, comfortable rooms and equipment which is very necessary. Rooms and toilet are kept very clean and it feels like our own house. There's a loundry available opposite to PG, 24/7 gas, refrigerator, hot water geezer, small amount of affordable foods. Value for money!
