Worst PG Experience Ever – Avoid Stanza Living at All Costs My experience with Stanza Living has been extremely disappointing. There is no proper water supply, no hot water, and absolutely no maintenance. They charge a huge amount for stay and security deposit, make you sign a six-month agreement, and then refuse to resolve any issues you face during your stay—whether it’s one month or three. If you try to vacate early due to these problems, you will not get your advance back. They take ₹12,000 as a deposit, and unless you complete the agreement period, they won’t return even ₹1. Their staff doesn’t respond properly, and they simply don’t care about residents’ concerns. This is my personal suggestion: do NOT join any Stanza Living property in Bangalore or anywhere in India. They are misleading people, especially students and working professionals, and taking money without providing basic services. I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately the system requires at least 1star. And don’t Signe agreements without reading fully.

Please don’t consider this property to stay for one year because after couple of months you will surely realise this was the biggest mistake. BED BUGS in every room as if they are the actual residents and there’s no effect of pest control,no one listens to your request if you need any help. Ticket raising system is a scam it’s just for formality. Wifi is limited and speed is just satisfactory. Device keeps getting disconnected. Please don’t get manipulated by sales team as their job is just to manipulate, you won’t see them in the whole year. Initially they just mention the rent in app after that they start collecting extra water charges.This I am telling with 2 years of experience. For better reviews don’t believe on sales executive,talk to 4-5 residents of PG then you will get to know better. People are leaving this PG then only rooms are vacant.

Worst living experience I’ve ever had . No regular supply of water , food quality and quantity is really bad , the wifi goes of anytime , there is no power backup , there is no drinking water on every floor and dustbins are not cleaned regularly . None of the facilities mentioned in their app / websites are provided ! And they promise to provide you everything and that 1 year contract will ruin your living . I don’t recommend Stanza to anyone !

Worst experience. No value for money at all. For every basic needs we should rise the issue to the higher authority. I want to give 0 stars. What's not an issue here.. From electricity to water, room cleaning, food, shortage of plates, wifi, drinking water, cleanliness... everything is an issue here. I highly recomend others to take a single room nearby rather than wasting ur money here.

All the 5-star reviews are mostly by the staff members, the students who give negative feedback are asked to take it down by the staff members. Food and internet are the major issues faced. The internet service provider that is spectra, has the worst service, there customer care service way too bad, they never respond to any of calls or emails, I have faced the internet issues since the day I joined. They provide limited wifi. I have raised multiple tickets regarding this, but yet there no response from the team.

What can I say about this ? We kept my daughter in trust of them but they broke trust because they aren't receiving calls from parents. We are north Indian they said there will be north Indian and south indian food. They said there will be menu there was menu buttttt their food finishes before time. Once in the menu there but it was finished.. Very rude behaviour staff. They are very irresponsible. Very very poor management.

Worst P.G. near RNSIT . They doesn't even provide Milk to drink. And 1 day there was gulab jamun It ended before dinner time. How is it possible . Staffs are very irresponsive they didn't recieve parent's call. Is it a behaviour? Big name but no work. And that Incharge Shreedhar didn't even recieving calls. They said a lot facilities but nothing's there. You can stay there but talk to Incharge about everything before living.. And ya those 5 ⭐ give people are just staff there.... Not the students..

Huhhhh.Worst P.G near RNSIT . Very irresponsive staffs . No sweet dish if there is sweet dish then it ends before dinner time.... They said many facilities but nothing's there.... IDK Stanza living is a company butttttt no response is there. They are not receiving parent's call.... At last i called on toll free but after 2 hours no response is there........
