Shalom PG provides a decent living space for students with all necessary amenities. However, it must be noted that the owner of the establishment has shown a certain amount of greediness towards money and does not always communicate in a respectful manner. There were instances where the owner has been rude, which may create an uncomfortable living atmosphere. Additionally, the owner's policy of not allowing tenants to wash clothes after 7 pm could be inconvenient for some. Lastly, the process of receiving the security deposit back has been a point of concern, as multiple reminders are often required. Despite the aforementioned shortcomings, the PG does provide quality rooms with numerous facilities that students would find useful. Therefore, despite the owner's apparent shortcomings, this PG may be considered a suitable place to stay for students seeking an all-inclusive living space.

When I first moved to Shalom PG, the owner's conduct was extremely welcoming. At the time I was there, PG was just getting started. However, when the number of tenants rose, they simply had financial gain in mind. They rented a brand-new apartment, but owing to disagreements with the apartment owner, they demanded that the residents leave the apartment without warning before the end of the rental agreement period. Additionally, they collected from everyone the whole payment due for that month. The owner's conduct was impolite and disrespectful. You can choose Shalom PG if you want to see the owner's avarice in action. Anyone considering staying at Shalom PG is advised to kindly find another PG and avoid these sorts of people. Based of my own experience and the issues I've encountered since, I'm sharing this
