Since I had to leave the PG after three months, they refused to return my ₹14,000 deposit because of that bond. On top of that, there are bed bug issues, poor food quality, and a very unreliable WiFi connection (Spectra)

Staying here for 3 years, I wouldn't recommend this PG if you're seeking a peaceful life. Here are the main reasons: 1. The beds are infested with bedbugs. 2. Lift will be disrupted due to maintenance regularly. 3. The food is not worth the fees you pay, considering taste, quantity, and quality. 4. Room cleaning isn't done regularly, despite being told it would be done three times a week. 5. The washing machines don't work properly. 6. The exhaust fans don't work. 7. The management's response is terrible. Overall, it's not worth the money you're paying (8-10k).

Stanza Community Eating money instead of food..Living here from last 2yrs.. Nowadays they changed the existing contract without asking the residents and fulfilling their pockets.. Everyday needs to pay Electricity bill before it was not there but now all residents wants to pay.. Otherwise no electricity in residents room.. Then as per the Karnataka Govt. For commercial purpose per unit 7.50rs it is.. But here they are charging 13rs per units.. And food.. Breakfast we can't adjust with it.. Lunch and Dinner is adjustable but that also limited.. Not recommendable now..

This is the worst PG I've ever stayed in. The employee who are appointed is also not legit in terms of accounts and hospitality and especially there is a scam in paying back your advance amount in which the stanza team won't support you in getting it back.

Please don’t come I have been experience things I have never in my life experienced I never knew bedbugs in my life untill i came here they are everywhere here cockroaches are in massive numbers in washrooms they are crawling everywhere on the food and here I have been hospitalised due to viral fever due to this un hygiene place please do not fall for this stanza people they are the worst

Worst management and accommodation they charge additionally electricity bill thats too much and they change the fees structure according to there mood and they don't refund the advance if we leave before the agreement date , the situation would be like you have to pay whatever they ask for or you pay overdue and even can't leave it because of non refundable advance
