I seriously don't have words to describe the owner's attitude towards the girls who stay there. When you enter the PG he'll talk all sugar coated words but then when you approach him for any issues in the room, he'll show his true colours. They'll never be ready to accept the poor condition of the rooms and make improvements but more conscious about earning money. And the cook here thinks he is the master chef of India! Beware, here there are also girls who go to any extreme to push the fellow innocent roommate out with their dramas for no reason and the owner inspite of being aware of this never takes any action, all that he wants is just money , money & money. If you're looking for PGs in and around Bellandur better don't even consider this as a least priority, better scrap off this option and look for better PGs.

Worst PG you will ever come across. Both the owner and the so called caretakers are very arrogant. When we inform the owner about any of the issues in the PG, he talks very rudely and ask to vacate the PG. Both Owner and the caretakers act as if they are running PG for charity. Even though none of the facilities are proper, he just want rent to be paid on time. And the condition of the PG is as follows: Wifi never works, food is not at all good, no hot water even during winter season, Lift wont work most of the time, house keeping staff are very rude and rooms are not cleaned regularly, most of the time there will be shortage of food, caretaker shruthi used to misplace the room key while showing the room to others if there were any empty beds and was putting the blame on us. Overall this PG is in very PATHETIC condition in terms of both facilities provided and management.

Enterence and dining hall is okay.Poor maintenance,unhygienic,no proper response from the in-charge people.Many insects and cockroaches are present no action will be taken even after complaining.Dining hall contains many mosquitoes,food is average,hot water is not available.Washroom has many cockroaches.Poor wifi connectivity Unworthy to the pay.

The food is not good, the hot water doesn't come in winter. The care taker and the Cleaning lady behavior is so rude. The owner doesn't listen to your problems. The security guard will sleep at night. There are so many theft cases in the PG and the owner is not taking any action. Do not come to this PG

This place is not organized. Well i truly believe if your providing services just to do business ,then it's not fair and they should be penalized. You take money on time but fail to deliver any services in time . They are saving ever bit of money by not providing proper quality of ration, Low quality bulbs, basic amenities not provided. If we say anything , they all say you can leave the room and find another. Very disappointing.

Worst pg you could ever be at. Owner is highly unprofessional, doesn't have ettiquettes to talk to girls. At the time of giving , he will be very sweet faced and speak all lies. At the time of facing any issues in the PG or leaving, he will show his true colours. Will initially say that he will return back the deposit after cutting just 1k. But will cut more without even specifying any reasons. Poor coordination between the staff and owner. Both will talk different things in terms of per day rent. Ill mannered and unprofessional. You can expect bed bugs, cockroaches or mouse in rooms, and water going off sometimes, no power backup.

Very bad experience in this pg, staff is so irresponsible and careless, no complains are taken care of. Water supply is only at the ground floor gals living in upper floor has to come down to fill water, only one water cooler that also has defective tap. Lift stop working very often, even if it stops it persist for long, no action is taken to repair it. Once I found insect in food and I informed owner his reaction was "so what madam it's just insect I have told cook to Take care of it" this was his response, for no reason they will cut 1000 RS from the advance in the name of maintainance although there is no maintainance for services they provide. Washing machine doesn't work properly. Cleaning is done once in week, and cleaning lady is Soo rude doesn't know any language to communicate also steal stuff from room in your absence when she comes to clean, she stole my roommate mango and my cloth clip once. Very bad I will not suggest this pg, better options are available around.

Very bad PG in Bellandur. There are so many reasons I would like to highlight: 1.Food is very bad.I had to eat outside but yes they have given gas and stove to cook. 2.Cleaning happens very less.You have to tell them to clean everyday and cleaners shall act like what have I told them to do.It is their work,they must clean everyday. 3.Room is not ventilated there. My items like bag has got fungus and clothes too. I could not keep my items properly, there is very less space in the room and not proper sunlight comes in the room. 4.I told to change the window curtains but nobody changed till now. 5.Tap is not working fine and I already complained about this. 6.People will say that it will be changed but no actions taken. 7.Clealiness is not there. There must be proper food and cleanliness.You people need to work on this. Everybody is busy in money making a d not bothered about the service they must give. Please look into this matter very seriously. Please do something on these rather than money making. Caretaker must know to talk properly.

The owner is very arrogant and the only reply you get when you go with complaints regarding pg maintenance is "get the hell out of pg" or "get lost" He thinks he is running pg for charity though he charges more than enough for his unhygienic pg Coming to condition of pg rooms,none of the rooms have proper ventilation and food is equally bad.

I will never recommend anyone to check this pg, worst pg I ever had experienced in Bangalore, food was not good at all, daily dal and that smell 🤢🤮 of dal 😞, because of it we can't able to eat and taste was worst than anything, and they won't even clean the pg properly 😡, cockroaches 🐞🐞🪰🐝🦟🦟 are everywhere in the room, pg people won't even care for that, and washroom they won't even clean the restroom once in a week all the dustness will be there only , no cleaness and no proper food in this pg, never ever come to this pg.

Worst worst worst in all things.. raju and shruti are horrible.. if they are not doing anything after 1000s of request just call owner.. and aftr that they will just lie to owner about everything.. disgusting people.. asking people to leave so that they can get new people on higher rent.. 1month back 2sharing was7500 and this month 9k for same room… No cctv camera anywhere.. no concern of ur safety.. some1 from outside came and stole laptops from room..

pathetic experience one will have, no proper water supply, no electricity, fan and washing machine doenst work, things get stolen from the fridge,no complaints are take care, poor wifi and bad food! im not sure what good, one will find there, not recommended at all.
