Recently they asked my friends to vacate without any prior information and didn’t give back the advance. Even though they are ladies they didn’t consider that and the power backup is not automatic everytime someone has to go and ask to turn on the generator if the power is out that disrupted meetings if you are working. I went to this PG on April 18, 2026, to stay here for one day to attend an interview. Venkat was the person in charge who was very respectful and helpful in arranging me a 2-sharing room for Rs. 500/day. The WiFi facility, washing machine at the terrace, lift service, very good tasty healthy homely food prepared by ladies in the kitchen in front of me, power generator, security cameras, and maintenance were all very good. Bikes cannot be parked inside the building, as they can be parked only outside the building. The 2 sharing room I was provided with already had a tenant, 1 tall bureau with 2 vertical divisions with 2 separate locker drawers, 1 ceiling fan, and 2 separate beds, 1 table, and 1 chair. The room was a little bit compact, not very spacious, and had a big-sized window on the wall with a screen. The bed was so compact that my legs would come out of the bed when I stretched and slept, and the dimensions of the bed were small and not enough to sleep comfortably; it felt like sleeping in a sleeper train. The bathroom was good with a wash basin, mirror, shower, bucket, mug, and western toilet with a separate hand shower. Water supply and power supply were uninterrupted,
