I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. On September 17, 2025, at 10 PM, I visited with my 8-month pregnant wife, and the staff's behavior was unacceptable. When I inquired about room availability in person, they claimed to be fully booked. However, when I called them using their online number, they assured me that rooms were available and invited us to come over. This inconsistency and lack of empathy, especially towards a pregnant woman, are inexcusable. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, and their actions wasted our time. If you're considering this hotel, be prepared for poor customer service. *Advice:* Avoid this hotel, especially if you're looking for a respectful and accommodating experience. Check reviews and maybe consider other options.

worst Rooms I never ever seen.Rooms are not hygienic,wash room is very dirty,even I inform them to clean the washroom they come and see saying we did the room service 2 hours back ,I have very bad experience with the accommodation,They even not provide the drinking water.I suggest please go for other hotel even if it cost more.
