I stayed at Hotel Sunshine in Mysore in Oct’19. This was indeed a horrible experience. Firstly they charged us for breakfast, however they offered to serve only idli and puri bhaji in the room and said that they do not have buffet breakfast like most hotels. The room was pathetic with no ventilation and lighting. The bathroom door would screech every time we opened and rusted on the other side. The shower only dispensed moderately warm water in this cold weather. Most disappointing was their room service. You cant dial them from your room at any cost due to faulty intercom. The manager at the reception seemed very casual and lazy and the comfort of the guests hardly mattered to him. Their wifi was equally pathetic, unable to browse even 1 page using their network. The hotel is also very clpse to masjid and the prayers on the loudspeakers can be easily heard which affected my sleep early in the morning. Overall i felt cheated and disappointed as they charged me 1k for this room for a night that I stayed.

Extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Sunshine. There was no hot water in the morning, which is basic and unacceptable for any hotel. After waking up early, all we got was cold water. No proper response or solution from the staff either. Completely ruined the experience. Not worth the money at all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Yesterday we booked room here and they told that they will provide iron box and if you need anything u can connect reception but in our room phone not working and we went ask water bottle and he said no there is no water in a rude way And room was not at all good in condition. Pathetic hotel rooms are very conjusted. TV was not working blanket and bedspread were not clean properly. Highly recommend not to use this hotel. And traffic sound was huge till 1am couldn't sleep properly per night 2k for ac room was utterly waste.

This hotel doesn't deserve a single star due to lack of basic facilities. They dnt even change the blanket and bedspread. We found stains and hair on the bed. Even bathrooms are so dirty with broken window. Total Waste of money. I dnt recommend this hotel.

Very worst experience in tat hotel. Very conjusted place for car parking. No proper allignment for car. We can't able to take car from underground parking becoz of conjusted place. Hotel working staff came taken out car from underground parking while the taking reverse itself lots of smoke came out. They said it's the issue of engine oil. We start the car in few minutes some burning smell came. Mechanic person said tat clutch issue . I service the car and inform them the issue. But from the hotel they said I call u back and cut my call. Again I'm calling them they didn't respond. I spend 9000 for service. Very worst experience. We are returning to native becoz of no money to spend in Mysore. Don't visit Hotel Sunshine

Hotel sunshine...is less of a hotel more like an old time dharamshala. If you are traveling with kids ...DO NOT GO HERE. Their tarrif isi like any average 3 -4 star property but hardly any facilities. The room was very average in cleanliness. No drinking water in the room on arrival. No parking space or a very small one. No cutlery. On asking we we're given a plastic bowl whivh seemed to have a heavy layer of dirt on it. We had requested for an extra bed which was also substard. The boy who was assigned to set it could hardly fix the bed . On asking for meals the 1st reply we got each time was NO. Order later. It will reach after an hour. We don't cater now. Only saving grace was that the food was palatable. I feel this place is not a place of hospitality rather a place which terribly lacks that essential element of any hotel.

I stayed here for 3 nights, since it was a last minute booking I didn't had a choice and booked online. On a positive note room and bathroom were neatand clean, even the facility was good. But a huge disappointment in terms of location, it's located in a slum in a narrow Street, and just next building is a wine shop and a bar. Round the clock it was a chaos, don't get carried away with the pictures posted, it's all interior photos. Untrained room boys, don't have manners on how to visit the guest rooms and don't know how to communicate with guests. I had a heated conversation and worst experience at check out time. They were leaving fine for bedsheets which had stains in the name of laundry charges. And also displaying the bed sheet in reception in front of all the guests. I asked the manager are you not going to wash if there is no stain, and is this the way you treat your guests. He was not answering and keep telling we will fine for laundry, and reiterating the same. Though the hotel description tells hot water is available 24/7, all the 3 days I had to call room service to switch on the heater and at the max you get a warm water after 10 minutes and not the hot water. Disgusting, ridiculous hotel...never again to this filthy place. Torned bedcovers, flattened mattress,dirty bedsheets & pillowcovers. Please dont accept this even if they give you for free. They dont provide toilet tissues, water even though they charge 3500/night. Full of noise, frequent power loss. They are not at all customer friendly..this so called place is very old and they lack proper maintanence. They just want to snatch money thats thier motto. Never expect any kindness from these cheaters.

Appeal : Kindly look at the negative reviews, how badly they put the entire blame on customer. Don't book this hotel even if it's your last option... Better to sleep on road as the management is full of crooks and frauds. The manager of the hotel is a crook. He confirmed less price on call and upon reaching the reception the increased the price and deleted their call history to go back on their word (we do have the call history on our mobile). Edit 1: Calling someone crook, liar and fraud is not abusive, let me refresh your vocabulary. We never even once abused anyone(for god's sake, we had a baby with us, have some shame before resorting to lies of such magnitude). Neither did I spoke rudely to anyone. When I showed our call logs, showing a 2+ min conversation with us, you yourself started using harsh language and started abusing in kannada, to which I had to remind you to talk in English. For your kind information we recorded that conversation if you would like that to be posted on social media. Like I said in my previous review of Fab Hotel Dawn Mysuru, I got shifted into this hotel when they let me know that Hotel Dawn is no longer a part of Fab franchisee. this hotel had pathetic rooms, small rooms, poor service and tasteless breakfast. the breakfast will come to your room and is limited per person. ||it is very close to main area of Mysuru, and that is the only good point of this hotel but Mysuru is a small place so you can stay anywhere.||I have always stayed in 3 - 5 star properties and i was so, regretting the fact that i believed the images which they show on net and i got lured with the low price. i should have paid more and could have stayed in a better place.

It's a lodge not hotel . They don't even provide coffee , they will simply say you can order from zomato. Even rooms are not good. They even don't have pantry to offer tea or coffee , simply they deny . I don't know why food menu is provided in rooms , if one can not even provide tea . Hotel even charged me for drinking water they provided in bisleri . I thought drinking water is free , it's hotel choice whether they provide bisleri bottle or normal filtered RO water .

It's sub 1K economy hotel in any season. So just blindly ignore it as there are many options near by. Anyways, if you have to stay in such hotels, better trust Oyo Rooms and all other sites which are marketing then are spiking up atleast by 100 percent. Not really worth it. Avoid.
