I am extremely disappointed with the service at Zolo Stay. I raised a ticket on 11th August regarding the water purifier service, but even after several days, the issue has not been resolved. We are not getting pure drinking water, which is a basic necessity. What's even more frustrating is that my tickets were closed twice without providing any actual solution. This shows a complete lack of seriousness towards residents' concerns. Zolo is very strict when it comes to collecting rent if we don't pay by the 7th of the month, a penalty is immediately applied. But when it comes to customer satisfaction and addressing genuine issues, there seems to be no urgency or courtesy. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I hope Zolo takes accountability and improves its service quality for residents.

Been here for more than 3 months now. If anyone genuinely working is looking for a property, prefer stanza or any other place than here. All they have done is leased a building in a peaceful gated society. And they are going to charge you high prices for extremely poor services. Unless you want to pay an enormously higher price than what you want, I’d not suggest anyone this place.

Don't buy any apartment or rent here. We residents are promised many things by the builder. But more then 10 years now. No OC..No BESCOM meter...No Kaveri water. The quality of water supplied by costly tanker is very very hard. No fire safety measures. Lot of water leakage in all apartments which are cause of health issues and in turn for us residents costly affair to maintain. All parking lots are poorly lit... smelly and dirty..not well maintained.

Avoid staying here!!!! Zolo is a nightmare to live in. Pest infestation like bed bugs, worms crawling in the washroom. No use in contacting Property manager as he will blame on others other than taking responsibility. 11500 for a single bed with bed bug infestation with 3 room mates and electricity extra. Rent a room directly from NoBroker app here where people post for flat mates but never ever rent a Zolo Property

The Society is good but not maintained properly. Daily they are burning trash/ waste inside the campus and it is very hazardous for health. The smoke is very bad. Fed up of this. Proper disposal of waste should be done by society with the help of @BBMP

The young tenants who need a partying environment have disrupted the peace and harmony of this property. If you are from a decent family and looking for peace and quiet, would recommend you to stay away from this property.

Very poor management, they are least bothered about residents. We haven't received deposit amount after vacating the flat. After continuosly informing them that exist date is not reflecting in the app, they haven't showed any concern. I have lost 10k trusting these people. I request people to be extra cautious while dealing with these people regarding deposit amount.

It is not good bcz its manager changes rules every time and without ever information which is frustration. I paid for one month and with slip but at the end of they asked for more for each single day. Their is no saftey of your things as one of friends app 8000-9000/- watch was stolen from the as workers and everyone can came when you are not in room. When complained he quarreled without no manners, no sense how to talk customers😡😡😡!!!

40+ days of unresolved ticket, now shows resolved. It never got resolved & every time I mentioned it the manager fled. Also when confronted his reply was that he is short staffed. The problem has been there since the day I moved which is nearing 3 months.

Zolo Management at Zolo Platinum City, Peenya is under staffed and incapable of meeting tenants requirements. There is NO Security in the allocated rooms. No keys provided to the rooms or flat itself and the situation is like anyone can come and go any time. Rooms are poorly maintained and service is pathetic and unresponsive. Pls think twice before you decide to stay here. You will lose your valuable time, peace of mind and money.
