I am writing this review as a previous resident in this PG. I left from PG for below reason. Worst thing. issue of insufficient washing machines at this PG Hostel. As a resident of the hostel, I have noticed that there are only two washing machines available for all of us (around 90 people) to use. This has resulted in long waiting times and inconvenience for everyone. I have requested to management increase more washing machines several times in the past, but unfortunately, the management team has not responded. I believe that this is a crucial issue that needs to be addressed all residents who are staying right now. New joiners Please think twice before joining in this PG.

Worst washing facilities. Available machines are only 2 for 80 people. Washing machine takes soo much time around 3hrs to complete. Even after complaint no proper response from their side.

I had stayed in this pg for about 1.5 months. Some of the reasons because I left the pg : 1. The food quality was very poor. ( I had hardly eaten food twice in the pg). 2. The room size is normal. 3. The cleanliness needs to be improved. 4. There is no such facility available like a gym, playing activities which is available in other pg at the same charges etc 5. There was a problem with water going in the pg from the last 3 weeks. So, the water was only available in the morning and evening. 6. Many a times, our problems takes more time to get resolved after compaining. Some of the positive things about the pg: 1. The owner gave me my complete deposit value deduction maintenance cost while leaving the pg. 2. The bagmane tech park is very close to the pg.

Excellent location with a lake view and park in the front. In here, Wifi is good and a lift makes life easy.
