We had a truly memorable stay at 82 Bhavikere. The pool was stunning—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat throughout our stay. The ambience of the property was serene and beautifully curated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was equally impressive, with a great selection and consistently delicious flavors. Its location is another big plus—just about an hour from Bangalore, offering a peaceful escape without being too far from the city. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We had an absolutely fabulous weekend . The food is excellent, the place is spotlessly clean ( linen, bathrooms and rooms). The rooms are thoughtfully well-designed. The staff are extremely helpful. Aniket made us feel very welcome on our arrival. The dedication to guest satisfaction makes it stand apart from other places I’ve been to. Anushri has made sure every detail has been superbly thought through. Look forward to going back many many times because it’s easily accessible. Just a short drive out of town!!! Bhavikere 82 has done exactly that, and the fact that it is right on our doorstep makes it all the more extraordinary. Anushri’s kitchen, as always, puts every other kitchen to shame. The food was outstanding in the way that only truly home-rooted cooking can be: generous, soulful, and utterly unforgettable. And with Aniketh running the show, there is that same warmth and ease that makes you feel less like a guest and more like arriving somewhere you already belong. The pool is glorious. The rooms are beautiful. The entire property is kept immaculately — not a corner overlooked, not a detail out of place. The cleanliness and care with which everything is maintained speaks to a deep pride of ownership that is increasingly rare. What made this visit truly special, though, was the people. We ran into so many faces we know and love, which felt entirely fitting for a place this welcoming. The newest offering by the Jungle Hut umbrella provides the same level of comfort and luxury, while maintaining a very cozy and family friendly vibe. Just about an hours drive from Bangalore bring you to this farm stay full of mango trees and swaying coconut palm trees. The 20 odd rooms having stunning ornate beds and are fitted with just enough to keep you comfortable. Each room has a view of the lush gardens The food, from breakfast to dinner, is served in the dining area over looking the lake, however, most often, you hardly pay attention the surroundings as you're too busy enjoying the yummy spread by their in-house chef. The highlight for us is always the immaculately clean pool which is open for guests from 7am to 10pm. A huge thanks to the property manager, Mr Aniketh for his attention to detail and making sure all the guests are well taken care of during their stay.

It's a new getaway destination, barely 15kms from the Nelamangala flyover. It was opened for bookings on April 1, 2026 and managed by the Jungle Hut (Masinagudi). 22 spacious and well-appointed air-conditioned rooms. Some of the rooms have a sitout with a view of the lake. The approach road is a bit dicey, but motorable. The meals are excellent and on par with Jungle Hut's offering. A bar lounge adjacent to a swimming pool is a great place to hangout. The property is a work in progress, but enjoying steady bookings. An ideal place for the Corporates too for their team bonding outings. If you are looking for a couple of days off without having to travel long distances from Bengaluru, then, 83 Bhavikere is the go-to destination.
