We booked this accomdation for one day and provided the three rooms at Ground floor. ( Two of them have attached wash rooms) Place is spacious and lots of greenery. Unfortunately, we had a tough time as the first floor is occupied with a half dozen boys drinking Alchol and dancing whole night. Adding to that no Geyser in wash rooms at the ground floor and when we asked they said to collect hot water from first floor where the boys were staying. Also, the water is so muddy that we used our mineral water cans to fresh up in morning. Overall Its very tough time for us and we vacated in morning as it is very difficult for families with children there.

Amazing stay at a very budgeted price. The place is huge with a housing capacity of about 20ppl easy. The place is located not too far from the place (7kms) of public connectivity (Mulki) and has a very serene location with a huge parking place, nicely tucked trees and greenery around, a traditional House attached to a fairly new construction which houses about 7 bed rooms with attached and common wash rooms, ample place for sitout, living space. The place has the best space for hosting large groups, family functions, re-union party's, Bachelors party (i had mine here). The surrounding place is very calm and has no immediate neighbours who might take offence of the sound or loud talks.There are in house badminton court, TV and other board games available for a sober crowd to enjoy. Finally coming on to the owner of the space, Mr. Abhilash, thank you for being such a great host and being available through our trip. Please ask Abhilash for home cooked meals or any other food related help which he would provide in his reach, as there is no food provided in the package. Really cool place and very cheap. Best for a large group of people as each room can easily accommodate 3-4 people and it has 3 rooms each on the ground and the first floor. The care taker Shubha was very helpful and arranged the food and drinks whenever we wanted. The homestay is spacious and provides you with kitchen, fridge and washing machine too.
