Why the score — what people flag

Whatever one writes here in reviews, the owner calls it as fake, the bed bugs issue is so true, so please be careful. The behaviour of the owner is so rude especially the way he behaves with the cleaning staff, one can’t treat cleaning staff in rude and abusive manner. Be ready to start your day by hearing one or the other verbal fight either with cleaning or cooking staff that’s gonna be an excellent start for the day as the building got excellent acoustics : ( you can hear anything and everything ! The highlight is I had a very tough time to get my deposit back, after making consistent calls and messages he returned my deposit amount after 2 weeks, if one is careless the owner is too Careless. For everything you say or complain he got a planned perfect reason to spoon feed you thinking that we are a sheep in a corporate. Cheers for the nightmares here if one is still choosing to opt for this stay.

When I entered the pg the food was good and the rent was affordable. But after a month the food became very low quality and rent increased. But still the room was ok so stayed a year . Now that I left 2months ago , they have not returned the security deposit. The manager birju left which is not my problem, but now the management isn't taking the responsibility of returning the money even after paying money on time for 12months . Have followed up with birju and the management multiple times and was told that I will get the deposit after some days. I still didnt get in 2months . They should have returned it at the time we were leaving as they took the advance on the first day. After considering their request , they are saying that it is my fault that I did not take the money while leaving , as if they were expecting me to fight and get the money. They should understand that they recruit the managers and we aren't supposed to hunt the managers to their hometown in case they leave. I referred two friends who are now staying there , because they were in urgent need , evn though the food wasn't good. However , I will inform them as well about this so that they take their hard earned mon

I strongly advise against staying here. The property has bed bugs, and the hygiene is absolutely terrible. Despite the owner claiming that the negative reviews are fake, everything mentioned in those reviews is completely true. The owner is very unprofessional and rude, and even though I paid for an entire month in advance, the experience was awful. Please check all the reviews before considering booking.

Food is not good earlier it was used to be good but now they are not maintaining that standard sometimes they made beetroot sabji which we used as salad. Manytimes me and my roommates feels that food is much spicy which makes acidity in stomach. Management should restructure their menu and provide well quality food. Apart from food everything else is good. Will edit this review once they make good quality food
