“I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a series of unacceptable issues I have encountered at Zolo Tucana , Dibburu Gate Bengaluru North, Karnataka.Despite my patience and previous attempts to address these matters informally, the situation remains unresolved and continues to deteriorate. 1. Substandard Food Quality The food provided has been consistently of poor quality, lacking hygiene, taste, and nutritional value. This not only affects well-being but also raises concerns about health and safety regulations being ignored. 2. Inappropriate Behavior and Misconduct I have witnessed and personally experienced unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from both the Manager and the warden . This includes behavior—rudeness, negligence, discrimination, or mental harrasment by blaming and putting false allegations Such as being Drunk , insulting guardians outside property and putting questions on characters.Such conduct is completely unacceptable and goes against the standards expected from Zolo Tucana. 3. Lack of Basic Facilities Essential facilities such as [Drinking water, water in washroom, hot water aren't available. The Dustbins are not cleaned.The washing machin”

Very worst experience no good food no proper maintainance by housekeeping. To get good review they themselves gave five star ratings on Google.. Don't judge by some boys comments because those are not real.. They are paid reviews to get good name and fame by zolo company..I have experienced it please don't join here it was a worst experience...

Samyuktha Jayaprakash★★★★★Terrible Experience at Zolo The living conditions are extremely poor. No water, no food, and electricity is unreliable. The staff is rude and does not prioritize residents’ comfort. Their only focus is collecting rent, with zero flexibility—even for a 1-day delay. Meanwhile, residents are expected to “adjust” when basic amenities like the lift or water supply don’t work for days. The warden’s solution to no water? A single bucket. Zolo’s customer care is just as bad—always siding with management instead of addressing residents’ concerns. The agreement terms also heavily favor the managers, leaving residents helpless. Avoid Zolo at all costs.

SHEFA LAILA★★★★★It's like a Nightmare staying here. I couldn't think that I will feel this much of pain , frausting and depressing here. The Warden and the Manager is really horrible. They don't solve any problem and when complained they accuse other people and try to blame them for any problem when raised . Even clothes get lost and they don't care . Hairs are found on foods . The food is Pathetic and tasteless. Even the Behaviour of everyone there is terrific.
