“This is by far the worst PG accommodation I have ever experienced. The owner is extremely money-oriented, unethical, and irresponsible. The owner never returns the advance amount to anyone. Even if a person stays for just one month, they are forced to pay ₹8,000 as rent + ₹8,000 as advance, but the advance is deliberately withheld and never refunded. This appears to be a clear pattern of cheating tenants for money. Food service is pathetic and poorly managed. There is no fixed timing. Breakfast arrives around 8:35 AM and is completely finished within two minutes. Although 20 people stay in this PG, food is provided only for 10 people, leaving the rest without food. Dinner is always the same low-quality food — rice, rasam, and chapati — served very late, around 9:30 PM. This PG is completely unsuitable for working professionals who depend on timely and proper meals. Bathrooms and rooms are not cleaned for weeks. There is a serious drinking water issue every alternate day The owner openly states that the advance amount will not be returned if a tenant vacates within 8 months. Think ten times before joining this PG. Even staying in a basic lodge room by paying rent would be far”

Free Free★★★★★Not Worth the Money** I stayed at this PG for a few months and honestly, it was not a pleasant experience. **Food:** The food is extremely bland and repetitive. Most days it’s either undercooked or too oily. Hygiene is a big concern – I once found a hair in my dal. If you're someone who values decent meals, you’ll end up ordering from outside every other day. **Water:** The water situation is equally bad.some time there was no drinking water **Washing Machine:** The washing machine is more of a showpiece. It either doesn’t work or is always “under maintenance.” Even when it does work, it’s overloaded with clothes and not cleaned regularly.washing machine is just a name "Bathroom"the bathroom was too bad the door was broken they didn't fix it and some time they didn't clean the bathroom
