The Pg owner lacks basic humanity. He's totally an Ill mannered and egoistic man with too much pride. I wouldn't recommend this pg to anyone since he'll ask you to vacate whenever he wishes. Honestly Allah's watching. Atleast have some shame for all those times when u have hurted people with your arrogance.. Initially you'll be okay in the pg .. suddenly he starts showing his true colours. The day I was supposed to vacate it was so cold outside and my cousins were supposed to come to help me shift my luggage in one hour. He dint let me wait inside even for an hour saying that once I handle the key I'm supposed to leave the premises even after me requesting him saying that's it too cold outside he dint care. Honestly I've nothing personal against him because that's what his personality is but I would definitely want people to be aware of this before going there. He also flexed to some girl in the pg saying that me and my mom requested him a lot itseems to take me in this pg ...just to flex and also said that I don't take Muslim girls itseems. Lol

If I could give 0 I would have given * He will say 9k with all the Amenities but while you're shifting he will start adding gas, maintanence * You stay in 2 sharing he will charge 1k from each * If you keep your rashan in fridge he will make huge fuss and for little little thing he will be shout * You will never get to speak * Your things will start going missing *He will barge in without informing you * So many personal questions he wants to know why you didn't go to work and whens your office * When you are not there he will go check everything * With pride he will say " I know what you kept and I know what you have and what you don't have" * You have to tell him if you are going somewhere * If somebody had come to meet he wants to know who is that person what is he to you * If by chance you forgot something while shifting say good by to that thing he will throw everything without asking your permission I lost so many things I couldn't take it because he was forcing me to shift early I don't know if he had threw it or kept * After shifting he will say very very bad things about girls who had vacated from there even though they are good I am telling you worst thing possible he wil

The cleanliness and calmness is the positive of this PG but the owner is very rude and you can't talk to him, he will always complain about something. But there are more PGs which are affordable than this.

It is a very clean PG but Humanity is missing in this place.The PG owner's interference makes it unbearable to live. Also your things will be disappeared without you knowing it.By the time you realise it, PG owner will simply reply: it is not allowed in the PG, hence they are thrown away.The least he could do is give a warning first instead of throwing away things in your absence. I would not recommend this place unless no other option left.

The only good thing about this PG is its cleanliness. This PG is clean when compared to PGs around. Other than this, it's a pain being there owner keeps yelling at you for no reason. Those yellings will make you feel real bad. He wants money for evey single thing he will portrait as if he is giving lot of things included in rent but no, he takes additional money for evey single thing. It's 1000 rs for gas refill from every single person on the floor which is completely unreasonable. There is not Humanity. Hence, will not recommend.

Honestly the only good thing about this pg is it’s cleanliness . The pg owner is rude beyond limits . He would brag about his apparently good deeds over and over again . Even while leaving the pg I was asked if my deposit amount could be reduced! A lesson learnt!

I've been staying here for a month and it truly feels like home. The owner is incredibly helpful and addresses any concerns almost immediately. All rooms and appliances are well-maintained, and the location near Ulsoor Lake is a major plus. The rooms are also quite spacious with plenty of room to move around.

I am staying here, it’s the best pg I have come across in Bangalore. The hygiene is incredible. The place is great, the rooms are huge, the owner is very sweet and friendly, and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here, the kitchen is also amazing!!!
