“The owners (Bhawana Chopra) are complete swindlers. Despite giving 30 day notice they didn't return my security deposit. Unless you aren't left with any other option don't go to this place. If you are already staying here, don't pay the rent for the last 30 days of your stay. If you are a business I would recommend not going into a partnership with these deceitful people.”

Have some Good Time★★★★★They don't give you proper details of security deposit. If you want to leave the pg, you have to give 30 day notice. They'll say that they'll give your security deposit after 45 days of your last day in the pg and no one answers the call once you leave the pg.

Gokul B Shaji★★★★★Bhwana chopra is the decorated hero of the scam business 1. You are paying 20k+ rent and getting to live with cockroaches 2. Water can come in any time if you are in the ground floor while it rains 3. They will deduct abnormal charges from the deposit( I gave the intimation 1 month prior to vacating and got the amount after 2 months) She agreed to give back 20 k and returned only 18k I got blocked on 2 numbers and had to contact her multiple times from a 3rd number to get this done If you are looking for a Pg in and around this location, don't even consider this one Proof for the above claims are attached here with.
