I stayed here for 10 months and this is what I have experienced: Pros: • PG and rooms are good. • There is a generator, so 24/7 electricity and Wi-Fi availability is ensured. • Lift facility is available Cons: • The owner’s behavior is not at all good. • Rooms are not cleaned on time. We have to request multiple times, and even then, they clean whenever they feel like it. • Drinking water is not properly available. • There is only one washing machine, which is almost never free because the caretakers always use it for their own clothes. We hardly get a chance to use it. • No bike parking is available; we have to park on the road. • Food is not provided in the PG itself. We have to walk about 200 meters to eat at a mess. • Mice are everywhere—they even enter the rooms.

Living here for more than 1 year now and will be living more until or unless I take a flat. Good place friendly helper. There are few problems of-course and everywhere you will face those problems. Owner is not friendly but not an idiot. He is a good guy. The rooms are good as per the cost you can enjoy weather from the terrace and from your windows. All in all recommended for working bachelors.

I recently traveled from Surat to Bangalore for the first time and stayed at this hotel. To my surprise, when I inquired with the hotel owner about nearby PGs, I discovered that the hotel itself provides PG services! I have been living here for a while now, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. It’s truly unbelievable how good they are. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels and PGs I have ever experienced. The service is top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
