Rooms were okay okay. They have mentioned few activities in make my trip and they don't do even after asking. No toilet tissue papers. They don't even give you after asking. They have mentioned lot of options in the food menu, but they don't provide all those. They just serve the basic akki rotti with some curry and they say it's a malnad food. Akki rotti will get all over Karnataka now. They are lot of authentic maland food where they can serve.. like wise they have lot of cons to improve

Felt as if a Home away from Home! Hospitality is exceptional and a personal attention from the owner is amazing! The Property is well maintained and spacious! Snooker board and Foos ball are there for us to get entertained! Evening hours can be spent with Music system and Camp fire post Dinner ! Food has been enjoyed by everyone in our family! A Hygiene Food served with Quality and Delicious taste is a highlight of this property. A well suited and ideal one for Family with Kids!

A private room but a public space to spend time just outside it is just this place. It is a beautiful "Totti Mane" { House with sunk center}. Just 5 mins from the main city, this can easily accommodate 25 to 30 people. Ample parking, In house cook and food , beautiful plantations ,ample space to play and wonderful Campfire option. We were a family from a 2 year old till 70 years, all of then were cozy and comfortable and we loved spending 3 days in it. While elders sat around the "Totti", with kids, we all played a lot of games. Out side, kids never left the swings empty. Elders set up cricket. Oldies went on walks. At night, with campfire, we all spent dancing, singing and playing under the stary sky. Food was delicious and healthy. We went out to explore during the day, but we had breakfast, high tea and dinner in house. They were very accommodative and served us hot food trimming the spices to suite us. Would like to stay there again with other friends and family soon.

An amazing home stay with all basic amenities. Service was amazing right from booking to checkout. Dharmaraj sir took personal care of each & every thing. Mr. Prakash & his wife were great host. Apart from regular food to adults they made sure that special arrangements for toddlers were made. Hospitality was amazing. Will definitely recommend this home stay for everyone who is travelling that side. Overall a very pleasant experience & looking forward to visit again.

We stayed here for 2 days and it was a very good experience. The rooms are spacious , are very well maintained and are very neat and hygienic. Very Family friendly with a very pleasant ambience. Mr. Prakash was very courteous and provided great hospitality. The food also was homely and delicious. I stayed here with my wife and kids and all of us enjoyed the stay.
