“Saakshi PG for Gents - JP Nagar. I am sharing my recent experience. Do not recommend. Unprofessional management and unfair treatment.While the rooms are decent, the management and PG boy (Harish) are highly unprofessional. There is a clear lack of respect for local Kannada-speaking residents. Major issues I faced: Late-night harassment: The PG boy, Harish, knocks on doors at 10 PM or 11 PM demanding rent immediately, yet they do not return advance deposits on time. Unfair eviction: I was forced to vacate suddenly without the mandatory one-month prior notice based on unverified complaints from roommates in room B3 (2nd floor). The owners refused to check the CCTV camera footage to investigate properly and simply took their side. Immediately after I left, one of those roommate moved into my room, showing it was a planned setup. Deposit fraud: They refused to return my full ₹5,000 deposit. After multiple follow-ups, they only returned ₹2,000.To anyone planning to join, think twice. If you face similar harassment or false accusations here, do not hesitate to contact the local police station. Thank you.”
