“I have posted the review regarding the issue i have faced in this pg and they way she addressed the issue is shown in the screen shot i have attached Only i just want to show everyone what is she like and here is a decent reply from my side. Dear PG manager Thank you for your response. While I respect your perspective, your tone and choice of words in addressing feedback are disappointing and reflect a lack of professionalism. Constructive criticism is a vital part of improving any service, and dismissing valid concerns with personal attacks speaks volumes about the management's approach to customer satisfaction. 1. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a shared responsibility. However, when common areas, facilities, and the overall environment are poorly maintained, it is unfair to solely blame residents for the lack of hygiene. 2. Privacy concerns: Allowing unauthorized or unscheduled entry into private spaces is a violation of privacy and basic decency, regardless of the justification. Respecting residents' personal boundaries is non-negotiable. 3. Bullying: It is alarming that genuine concerns raised by residents are dismissed as "tone issues." A healthy living environment should fo”

“Very bad experience at ALR PG. I stayed there for 11 months, but overall I found the management and facilities quite disappointing. In March 2026, the PG stopped providing lunch for almost one month. The management asked every resident to contribute ₹2,000, and since many residents did not agree to pay, they removed the induction facility and stopped serving lunch. The reason given was an LPG shortage. Asking for ₹200 or a reasonable contribution would have been understandable, but ₹2,000 per person was excessive. With around 80 residents staying in the PG, that would amount to approximately ₹1.6 lakh. I also lost my clothes twice during my stay. I requested the owner to check the CCTV footage, but no action was taken, and I did not receive any help regarding the issue. Another problem was the food service. Lunch was not provided on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Lunch was served only on two days a week. Additionally, residents had to send a WhatsApp message every day to confirm whether they wanted food, which was inconvenient. Because of all these issues, I finally decided to move out of the PG. Tinni Basu★★★★★The pg's location is nice. But the owner's behaviour changes after first two months. She becomes rude and naggy. She keeps on disturbing the parents for no reasons. Most of the people leave after 1 year that also because of the contract. If you want to leave before the contract ends then she won't refund the deposit.

About the food, apart from the menu where each person has different preferences, the quality and taste of the food is so good. Rooms are being cleaned every day. The staffs here are very much approachable when you face any issues .
