I visited MYSORE for 2 days plan trip and I booked in Rajmahal inn, i had a ridiculous stay on day one, where the room is sprayed with bug infection spray without any information they gave us the room, after complaint about the room smell and bed bugs, they changed the room. The hotel is under renovation, there was no proper plan for providing the breakfast. If they had informed we would have planned our breakfast in some other place, poor option don't visit the place. Plan some other places which are neary by to Palace and Zoo. SEE THE BED BUG PHOTO I ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE

We stayed here recently, rooms were quite spacious but floors were not cleaned and bathrooms too. Service was not good and no secured parking. Compliment breakfast was pathetic we can't expect breakfast buffet unlike other accomadations but they offered only limited for each person with very limited options.. Main course items for lunch was not satisfactory taste was not that great. Better to see other options if you are planning stay in Mysore

Would not recommend this hotel to anybody. We stayed for 3 days. The service was average. Towels and bed covers were dirty and we had to ask for replacement multiple times. The worst part was that while checking out of the room, the management refused to give us a receipt of the payment. We paid the full amount at the time of check in and kept asking them for the receipt for the next 3 days, but they kept making excuses and never gave it even as we were leaving. Most definitely, the manager had pocketed the money and is looting the owner. Will never step foot inside that place ever.

We booked this room since nothing better was available for Dussehra. The experience is terrible to say the least. They don’t provide tooth cleaning kit, available at a price but not mentioned anywhere on their booking pages. There was no toilet roll in the washroom neither were towels. When we asked for it, they sent. Rooms are small and we faced the main road. There was a hair in the hot plate and the cups had stains of beverage served before. If you have any option please don’t stay here

Had been on business trip. One of my colleague recommended, Price quoted was too high compared to what I was told by my colleague when he stayed in a difference of 1 day.Too much arrogant staff. Doesn't respond well. Staff will only decide, whether I can afford their lodging.

I gave it 1 star because it was not possible to give it zero star. It's because the paint of walls was not in good condition, the tube light of the bathroom was not working, the TV was not recharged, despite of mentioning unlimited breakfast they served limited breakfast, there was no place to hang a towel in the bathroom as it was dislodged. Worst hotel ever !!! No value for money. Although room was spacious.

The most important thing a tired traveler needs in a hotel room is hygiene and comfort. The pillows, towels and beds were stinking. The room had weird paint like smell. Even after telling the receptionist the rooms were not cleaned.

I would just say a big no to this hotel. An ill-mannered manager I feel.As we entered the hotel and told them that we booked a room through Oyo they just said they can't let us enter our room as they had some dispute with Oyo. They don't understand how to deal with guests being in the hospitality industry. In front of us, they told the lady sitting at reception to give us the pre-booked room only we paid them again. There was no message from the hotel before that they have rejected our accommodation.

pathetic experience , manager was very rude guy...we had booking through agoda..we mentioned two kids but it was not showing they was not ready to listen we had free breakfast but they cancelled and charged thousand Rs. extra for kids... people have no humanity...first time in my life i felt really bad.... pls don't waste ur time and money on this radiculous hotel and cheap staff ..my vacation also spoiled.....

One of the worst hotel. They have installed AC Fans just outside the room . Either night room was echoing with vibrations of the FANs. After complaining, the manager said its because of Resturant which will close in ten minutes. Vibration was so bad that I preferred to spend night in my car. Wasted 3000 INR to spend night in my car. Manager was not in hotel and the staff was not able to resolve. PLEASE AVOID BO0KING

Worst experience. Rude staff. Check in took about 45 minutes.The room did not have hot water facility (superior/deluxe). Hotel staff do not respond promptly for calls and complaints. A big thumbs down.

They don't give rooms if you book through agoda etc..my neighbour booked for me as we were attending her wedding..receptionist asked for screenshot of booking..we had to disturb the bride in the middle of her marriage rituals to get screen shot..still they didn't give room .they even had Gmail confirming booking.don't go to this hotel.krishna comforts nearby is good
