“stayed at Amaravati PG near ITPL back gate for two months, and it was a very disappointing experience. The water quality is extremely poor often stinking and frequent power cuts make daily life difficult. Bathrooms are not properly cleaned, and hygiene is a serious issue. The food is of very low quality. I ended up getting a food infection during my stay, which ultimately forced me to leave. To make things worse, they delay refunding your security deposit. I had to keep following up for weeks just to get back the remaining ₹3000 of my ₹5000 deposit. I do not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a clean and reliable place to stay. Poor management and unhygienic living conditions make it a regrettable choice.”

IMRAN ALI MOHAMMED★★★★★Most of the positive reviews for this PG appear to be fake. The reception staff often pressures guests to give a 5-star rating, even resorting to emotional appeals. 1. Water Issues: There are serious water quality problems. Drainage water contaminates the water tanks, meaning residents end up using this water for bathing and brushing. In the mornings, water can reach knee height on the ground floor. The management claims it's just "a bit of mud," but the issue is much worse. 2. Food Quality: The food is substandard, and it's often prepared with the contaminated water, leading to multiple cases of food poisoning. Over 10 residents were hospitalized with food poisoning and severe stomach issues. 3. Poor Management: Management is highly unprofessional and lacks of basic courtesy. They female employ a receptionist to attract new customers, but once payment is made their attitude changes completely. 4. No Parking Facilities: There is no secure bike parking and several residents have reported damages to their vehicles. When complaints are made, the staff simply say the CCTV isn’t working. 5. LAXMI PRASANNA★★★★★Things to note before going there : 1. They wont return your advance if you dont intimate before 30 days of vacate. ( Most hostels do this beaware ) 2. Room cleaner are just for namesake. They dont clean well. 3. Hot water doesnt come often. 4. Washing machines do not work. All are damaged. They dont bother to repair. 5. They dont give curry for lunch. 6. Rats are there in this hostel 7. Less hygienic, less facilities for the price. 3 sharing cost is 8500. I recommend find better place with less rent. This area has high demand because of so many IT companies are there. Otherwise no one would stay here . The prices are too high and you dont even get basic necessities. Important advice : If you are new to Bengaluru then on your joining day to any hostel tell them you want to stay only for 15 days. So dont give any advance. In the 15 days you will know whether to extend or not. But dont go with reviews.

I paid 6000 advance they need to return 3000, but they returned 2k and blocked my number. You can chose good one other than this pg. Really bad people…

Everyday some problem or the other will crop up .One day it will be lift , one day water & the like. The food is also very substandard & causes lot of health issues .I strongly advise against this PG .

Mukesh Gupta★★★★★It's highly overrated. Services are very Pathetic. RUN BY GANG OF GOONS, JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. Food Quality not worth the price they charging. Mostly they serve watery dal rice. Dead slow internet. You won't be able to run code, test or join meetings. No power backup. They will switch off lift to save electricity and maintenance charges. No water RO maintenance. Caretakers are unprofessional and violent. Gym don't even have basic equipments. Their are many better options available in just next street. No security refund. Hygiene is big problem. No cleaning. No mop in rooms. Only advantage is it's location, near to ITPL otherwise it is worst PG in this entire area.

There was an incident happened with my friend where he used to park his cycle inside the gate and one caretaker guy punctured the tyres because of that. Also sabotaged the CCTV footage when asked. Don't come to this pg, I accidentally visited this pg there no higene and no such facilities as they say .so In this pg there is so much dengue victim also their, food is horrible. And also the washing machine is also not working here .so much problem regarding this pg. So I will not recommend this pg for new visitors
