I wanted a place to stay for a month Paid around 20k Pros: Free Landry Clean rooms Cons: Electricity sockets/charging ports in your room won't work during power cuts (only fan and light) No Lift Bad Experience; Initially I had problems with hot water in the washroom, had low pressure ( hot water was barley comming) Contacted the assistant there(don't want to name him) He came and he tried to fix it A little more than a few drops started to come He said it's the same condition for everyone Couldn't bare it called the owner Thank God he called the plumber and fixed it And assistant had lied to me (I have observed that he tries to save money wherever possible) Last 6-7 days of my stay I had kept my clothes for laundry But was lying there for 3 days When I confronted the assistant he said I had to put 2kgs of clothes minimum (impossible!) and i never did previously He knew he was in the wrong and he got it done the next day I sometimes used to be in meetings and tests Assistant used to barge in with customers to show rooms Sometimes 9-30 10 even Less regard to privacy Overall it wasn't that bad But just be cautious

I recently started staying in this PG. PG is neat and clean. Food service is optional and I must say the food is too yummy. The owner is not doing any cost cutting. In food, good quality groceries are being used. The staff is polite and helpful. They are providing laundry service regularly. so you don't need to wash your clothes by yourself. No WiFi problem and no electricity problem.

I am staying here from last more than an year This is an amazing place to live (second home ) Fantastic place to live. Super spacious place to live with a lot of natural light at an affordable price. Best things - Owner Gagan,is super helpful and empathetic. Get your problem resolved ASAP. Housekeeping- best things housekeeping staff is super helpful and supportive. They keep the home clean and tidy where you like to come back after office. There is no issue of water and power, complete backup is provided.

Fully Furnished rooms 2bhk and with PG both are available. They are providing good food too. Daily food is an optional no worries. We can include & exclude. Totally Good Environment!
