A family member recently stayed at this hotel, and their experience was nothing short of a nightmare. When they initially checked in at 5:30 AM, they agreed to check out at 9 AM on the day of departure. However, without any prior notice, they were abruptly forced to leave at 5 AM in the morning, leaving them feeling completely lost and stranded. The customer service was also disappointing throughout their stay. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making their stay regrettable. I do not recommend this stay to anyone. Choose an stay that values its guests and provides a comfortable experience.

Pics don’t tell actual state of this hotel. Rooms are very basic with makeshift chairs, tables and stains all over the walls. Lot of dusts particles under the bed and on the wardrobe. Toilets we’re not clean and stinking. Ac was positioned right on top of head which was uncomfortable during the night. Biggest problem is the lack security as anyone can enter in the night (could hear people walking at 2am and knocking doors) and those who board with families will be concerned seeing the lack of door latches. Car parking is outside and right next to highway. No restaurants near by. Only saviour is one gentleman who caters to all requests. This is just a stay over on the highway if you are tired. Families please beware of the points mentioned above. Isn’t that budget friendly as well considering the poor amenities.2,000 for 2 bed AC. This hotel is not SAFE for families ! Edit : Review isn’t fake. It wouldn’t take 2 mins to upload the transactions made to PhonePe and share what’s app chat history. Stop fooling people around. If you are truly genuine, take feedback and take care of the issues!

Not recommended for family. I Recently stayed in AC room with family and it's full of mosquitoes and other flies. There is only one person taking care of entire building, hence no proper service at all.. If you are out of the room, he will come and switch of AC to save electricity:)...parking is pathetic and it's on your risk. I booked this hotel from Make My Trip however not at all recommend for family especially if you have kids.

Location - It's about 12 kilometres from KUNDAPURA towards Stasi, alongside N.H.66. Type - It's more of an Highway inn. The second floor a shopping complex has been converted into a lodge. There is a lift constructed outside for easy access. Vehicle's have to be parked outside the shopping complex along side N.H 66. However no security exists. Features - Since converted recently,( 2/visited 2023), the rooms and facilities looks good. There checking in desk. No restaurant at or adjacent to the lodge. Hence, complimentary breakfast mentioned by them in travel sites is a farce. Verdict - It's a Highway inn for a short stay. Not a premium one. Location wise easily accessible if traveling to or from Mangalore.
