“Don’t deserve even 1 star. Extremely money-minded management. They charge extra for water, electricity, and WiFi separately despite already taking high rent. While vacating the PG, they did not refund my full deposit and unfairly deducted money for a mattress that was already torn before my use. I had even raised a complaint/ticket about it earlier. Overall, a very disappointing and pathetic experience. Would not recommend this PG to anyone.”

“If there was an option to put -5 stars, i would've gone with that. Such pathetic maintenance and excuses for any questions raised. During my stay, I have always faced issues. The water quality is so poor, you'll always get black deposits. You never know whether the water you get will be boiling hot or not (including the jet spray). Food is pathetic. Oh, and having 'complimentary' laundry for 5kg of clothes a month, is truly a bliss! If you like having some peace of mind, it's better to find something else.”

“My stay at Bakersfield House by Stanza Living was not just disappointing, it was mentally distressing, unhygienic, and deeply exploitative. I am writing this not merely as a review, but as a formal record of negligence, misrepresentation of services, and financial misconduct. From the very beginning, the services promised were not delivered: • Housekeeping was irregular and grossly inadequate, with rooms being cleaned only once every 3–4 days despite daily-use occupancy. • Food quality was shockingly poor and unhygienic. I was served in plates with visible leftover food residue. The meals were often inedible, forcing me to rely on outside food for survival. The hygiene conditions were alarming and potentially hazardous: • Dining areas were so unclean that footwear would stick to the floor • Eating utensils were stored next to open dustbins • The water dispenser area contained mosquito larvae, posing a serious health risk • Only 2 refrigerators were provided for over 60 residents, resulting in overcrowding, spoilage, and contamination In one instance, I stored food after a long 10-hour workday, only to find the refrigerator left open and my food completely spoiled due to staff n”

Nithin★★★★★I’ve stayed in several paying guests (PG) accommodations before, but this is the first time I’ve been charged separately for laundry and electricity. Initially, everything was great, but after three months, things took a turn. They started implementing a lot of new rules, and the worst part is that we even have designated times for taking out the garbage, which feels overly strict. While the living conditions and food are definitely four-star quality, the new regulations have made my stay quite unpleasant. It seems like they’re trying to enforce an entirely different culture around the PG, and honestly, it’s not a good one. Additionally, before handing over your advance, be aware that they have a habit of exceeding their deadlines. It’s been 90 days since I moved out, while the promised timeline was just 45 days. What started out as a fantastic experience has unfortunately ended on a disappointing note.

Joshini★★★★★I stayed for 3months here in the beginning of 2023 and luckily shifted to another nearby PG, seeing the services outside, it's so much better for lesser cost. It's very money minded for very not even basic services they provide. Don't believe the fake reviews. I see so many men who have given reviews for a ladies hostel!! Did they say there to give reviews? No person who has stayed there will give good reviews, cause that's the truth.

Sneha Bhat K S★★★★★They show the luxury rooms at the time of joining and tell you the cost of the room as that of a standard room. Also at the time of joining they won't tell you that the electricity and water bill is extra and is not the same for everyone not even two people living in the same room. The resident captain is rude and doesn't help if you have some problems. If you have to extend your stay you will have to pay extra for that as well. They are basically looking for a chance to loot your money.

Sona Simon★★★★★All the five star reviews you see are by the company, not the residents. One problem is they have long contract periods of minimum six months so it is not ideal if you're looking for a temporary accommodation. It makes sense for students who have a clear idea on how long they will stay here but not for working women. On top of that they take security deposits and last month's rent while booking which is absurd for a pg in my opinion. They don't mention that until a week before the contact ends which doesn't even give enough time to look for other options. It is like they are trying to rent out a flat without any of the benefits of one. The sales person does not mention this explicitly but the contract states that the electricity bill is not covered in the rent. This wouldn't be an issue if we didn't have to pay commercial rates. For a small two sharing room that only uses a light and a fan, the bill is more than 1000 rupees per month for each resident. Overall I think if you're looking for a pg there are plenty of other options nearby and this is one of the more expensive ones and is not worth the price.

They have scammed about 20,000 rupees from me and multiple of my friends. I have been a tenant there since past one year,which I totally regret . There is far better pgs with better rents around there. Towards the end of my 1 year contract they changed all the rules and wanted approximately 50,000 as pre-payment. They told us 1 week before the contract rules were changed ,we did not get proper time to search for other pgs and we were told our rooms will be assigned to other people if we don't pay the booking amount..The RC is the worst. She doesn't even do the work she is assigned.food is worse, the management doesn't even reply even like the normal pgs. The amount of money they are scamming out of hard working people are countless.That money won't definitely benefit you guys.

I am living in this pg, its worst, taking highest amount of rent in Prashanth extension and providing worst services. 2. Everyday there is a net issue. Currently its a wifi issue. Before that it was water issues. Before that electricity issue. 3. Food is also not that good. Space is too small. 4. No chair-table in the room. U need to pay 8k extra for that. 5. Water leaks from the roof in the eating area. 6. They are taking electricity bill of 1600 rs from 1 room. 7. They dont give back full security amount even after taking maintenance charges 7. Extra feature no network on 1, 2, 3 rd floors PS: come at your own risk.

There will be water issue every other day and water that will come in tap will have black particles in them also once you vacate the room they wont refund your security money and once you ask they will just say due to some technical issue we cannot process it pls wait for 3-4 days.

Such a terrible staff, absolutely ridiculed by this! 3rd classss stafff All good reviews are by the staff only Rooms are not well maintained, no clean rooms, plus leakages during rainy season, no hot water in the house, food quality is also not good!!! Rent is also too high. 14k for small room and no table🥲🥲

Mehvish Hafiz★★★★★Cheatersss!!! When i booked the pg, i selected lock-in as 6 months and a contract was created for 1 year and lock-in (minimum service term) was mentioned as 6 months. Now when i want to leave the pg and give 30 days notice and get my deposit back, they’re saying in STANZA APP 1 year lock-in is there and i need to pay whole amount until lock-in end date, January. WOW, i specifically cross checked this with poc at that time and asked her, “this minimum service term is lock-in, right?!” And multiple times she said, “Yes!” Don’t go for this pg. 👎🏻 Irony is “Lock-in” word is not even mentioned in the contract.
